Tämä mukava viihtyisä rantatalo sijaitsee Tybeen eteläpäässä, josta pääsee helposti kävelemään rannalle, laiturille ja palkittuihin ravintoloihin. Tämä duplex on kuuluisan Sting Ray's -ravintolan takana ja on kävelymatkan päässä paikallisesta martista.

Nauti kauniista uima-altaasta, jossa on tuolit, sateenvarjot, piknikpöytä ja grilli. Tässä viehättävässä paikassa on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on kaikki mukavuudet, kuten mikroaaltouuni, leivänpaahdin, tehosekoitin ja kahvinkeitin. Mukana on myös pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, liinavaatteet, ilmainen langaton internet, puhelin ja pysäköinti.

Tässä piilopaikassa on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta voi nukkua 6 mukavasti. Pääkerroksessa on kaksi makuuhuonetta. Yhdessä huoneessa on queen-vuode ja televisio. Viereisessä huoneessa on vyöryvä sänky ja siinä voi nukkua 2. Siinä on 2 ihanaa ruokailupaikkaa ja upea oleskelualue Comcast-kaapelilla. Yläkerran parvella, jossa oma kylpyhuone ja suihku, voi nukkua myös 2.

The house was perfect for the 3 of us. We loved the pool & stayed by it for the majority of our stay! The restaurant by the house is just a walk down the steps and to the right with great food & fast service. The walk to the beach was quick, took us about 6 mins including waiting on the lights to cross the road. Everyone was very friendly and they cleaned the pool every morning. I have no complaints & plan to come back!!

Great family vacation

We had a great stay at this lovely property. The interior was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the fun sleeping loft. The heated private outdoor pool was amazing. It is only a short, two block walk to the beach. The house is right next to Stingrays restaurant, so we could hear the kitchen when using the pool, but it didn’t decrease our fun. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location!

If you want to be right were the action is, this is the place for you. Close to restaurants, shopping, and one block from the beach! The home was great, especially the private pool. I was worried that the restaurant next door would be a problem, but everything was quiet by 11:00 or before in the evening. The smell of the food was torture when we were enjoying the pool though LOL. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My daughters and I had a very nice vacation and would highly recommend!

Great beach trip

Great setup for family beach stay. Super clean and well stocked place with plenty of towels and detergent and all. Beds were super comfortable (a pleasant surprise for a rental). Pool was just great! Now, place is a bit noisy with the restaurant next door in the late hours and early morning (garbage trucks and food deliveries), but we travel with white noise machines with our boys which I definitely recommend. Overall, a great place to stay. Centrally located. Oh and do go to Stingray’s Next door to eat. We went several times. Seafood and wings are great!

Ideal location

The location was ideal with a pool that was nice in backyard with great restaurant next door. The beach was across street. The house itself was what it looked like online but was not very clean to our standards of clean. Floors were dirty and we had forgotten our pillows and there was hair on pillows. We ended up sleeping on pull out with towels. We just did not feel clean there everything else was perfect.

Good times bad weather

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach rental, We were unable to use the pool because the weather was not nice to us. It has plenty of room to sleep 6. This is all upstairs only. The people below were very nice but I was constantly worried that my kids were walking to hard. This beach house is directly behind Stingrays Rest., they stay open until 11 or 12 and the cleaning up after they close got pretty annoying. With all of that being said, I would stay again! It is really close to everything and they have enough parking for 6 vehicles.

Sometimes loud but absolutely lovely

This property is located walking distance to the beach and to the main drag of restaurants and bars. It is on the second floor (the lower apartments were not occupied when we visited) and there are quite a few stairs so if you are traveling with someone with mobility issues this may be a challenge. The apartment was spotless, the washer/dryer came in handy as we had driven and needed to use it to have enough clothes to get through the week. The pool being heated was absolutely necessary as it was still pretty chilly out in mid-April. Be sure to read the descriptions of the bedrooms as the one upstairs is an open loft. There were only 2 of us so we just used the main bedroom downstairs. The bedrooms are small, but assuming you won't be spending a lot of time inside when visiting this shouldn't really be a problem. The only issue we really had was the noise from the restaurant next door. After having driven all day we were ready to pass out and were shocked awake at 5am by the sound of the dumpster lid be slammed (multiple times), garbage trucks, delivery trucks...it went on for hours. It only happened that first morning (a Monday) but it was brutal and mostly ruined that first day because we were so damn tired we couldn't really find the energy to do anything. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and the management was very responsive to a few issues we had and even got us a free meal at the place next door. I would definitely recommend this location.

Beach Get Away

The unit is located about a thousand feet from the beach. The unit is next to three restaurants, close to grocery store, and five minutes walk from a lot of the gift shops. It has three bathrooms, that were super convenient for my family. Now, the down sides. First when I searched the VRBO site, I was searching for a entire house. The unit is listed as a stand alone unit but it's just the top floor of house. You have your own entrance and the guy who lives down stairs was super quiet and nice but you have to shared the driveway with his visitors. The unit is next to a busy restaurant that starts banging around 7am and goes until 1am. The unit is not very sound proof so you can hear the restaurant staff dumping trash at 1am and telling dirty jokes. The smell of seafood and three day old trash hits you while you are hanging out by the beautiful pool that comes with the unit. The pictures of the unit shows a golf cart in the driveway and when asked before booking the unit, if the golf cart was included with the unit, we were told yes. When we arrived, there was no way to assess the cart and property owner only respond to our questions with short answers, like I hope you enjoy your stay. The house was clean when we arrived, there were enough towels and wash clothes for my entire family. The property is in great location for getting to the beach, is in a busy and noisy area too.

Beautiful home! Great proximity to the beach. We had a good time here. We hardly noticed the restaurant behind the property, in fact, it was nice to be walking distance to several places. My only issue is that I asked the host a question and never got an answer, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our first trip using VRBO. Everything is excellent regarding this property.Private pool, 5 minute walk to the beach, no hassle parking, easy access to everything in the south area.Very clean property. Full size galley kitchen, 2.5 baths, full size washer and dryer. We are already planning our next trip to this property.

Enjoyable

Are stay was very good. Communication was great, location was great with beach,stores, and restaurants all near by. Pool was cleaned everyday and was great for my 11yr old son to enjoy. Could have been a little better cleaned but do to people checking out late cleaning was rushed. They did make things right.
