Southern Belle Vacation Rentals in Savannah, GA, and Tybee Island, GA provides first-class amenities including access to our exclusive resort-style heated pool located at 19 Silver Avenue, Tybee Island GA. All of our homes are professionally cleaned after each stay, and disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival.

Seaside on 7th
Located steps from the beach, Seaside on 7th shows off gorgeous ocean views! This large home offers 2,314 square feet of space that can easily be shared among 12 guests. The home boasts four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Step outside to enjoy poolside living on your own patio with private pool!

A Beautiful Tybee Island Beach House That Offers Everything!
This air-conditioned beach house rental in Tybee has a friendly, spacious living room featuring large leather couches, an oversized brick fireplace and flat-panel television. The kitchen in this home is the ultimate gathering place! Featuring new cabinets and appliances, this chef's dream is equipped with an oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. A wine fridge with sink in a special bar nook within the kitchen ensures that poolside drinks are always just a minute away! Full of fresh cabinetry and shiny countertops, the kitchen features a small peninsula that delivers extra seating and storage space. Additionally, the kitchen offers a full-sized dining table surrounded by windows for breakfast, lunch and dinner by natural light!

The sliding glass door in the kitchen leads to a balcony porch with an outdoor dining table. Enjoy views of the ocean as you look out over the tops of palm trees from this spot! This cozy porch is decorated with enough comfortable seating for your entire group!

Seaside on 7th's bedrooms are crisp, refreshing and relaxing. The sleeping arrangements within the rental are broken down between a suite with king bed, two suites featuring a king bed with two twin beds and one bedroom with two twin beds. In total, there are nine beds for guests to choose from when picking their sleeping accommodations.

The home's twin bedroom is located on the first floor. There is also a first-floor half bathroom. On the second floor, the suite with king bed delivers ocean views and access to a covered porch. There is also an en-suite bathroom with shower and soaking tub. The second floor also has a separate half bathroom. The home's third floor hosts the remaining two bedrooms. You will also find a full bathroom with double vanity and enclosed toilet that offers privacy from the tub/shower.

This beautiful and spacious property offers all the benefits and comforts of home while sprinkling in ocean views! Guests enjoy a large laundry closet with full-sized washer and dryer. Plug in for work or entertainment using the home's Wi-Fi and cable/satellite. The property offers parking for up to four vehicles. In addition, porch access, patio access, an outdoor grill, an outdoor shower/changing area and beach views add to your vacation experience! There is ample opportunity to enjoy indoor-outdoor living with full privacy when booked at beautiful Seaside on 7th.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitmarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.

If would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

Great location on Tybee. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds and furnishings. We enjoyed the pool and porch very much! Had two small issues but response was quick and they did not dampen our vacation.

My family of 4 booked a last minute vacation to Tybee and this is one of very few rentals that was available. I couldn’t have chosen a better place! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need. Just a couple minutes walk to the beach. The pool is not very big or deep, but perfect for lounging around and cooling off. The pool is cleaned twice a week. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very nice and location to the beach was fantastic. However, multiple appliances were broken and could not be fixed during our stay. It appeared that no one had checked the dishwasher for awhile because it was full of very swampy water that was foul. Asked for extra dish towels to hand wash dishes and never received them. The management would say they would be out and would take an extra day to have them come. Would have been a perfect stay otherwise.

Spring Break

This property is beautiful and has more than enough space. The ocean is steps away in your backyard. The sunsets you can see from the privacy of the master bedroom and the patio deck. So many things to do within walking/short drive. Property was clean and had everything we needed for a perfect spring break. The kids loved how close the beach was and the large outdoor shower had warm water after our cooler evenings in the pool and by the beach.

Family Getaway

Perfect place for family to gather and stay. Room for everyone. Nice clean kitchen with ample utensils for cooking. Close to the beach is a plus! Nice outdoor pool area.

The house was a wreck and Southern Belle Rentals was awful

The house pictures must be very old. The kitchen had broken cabinets, cabinet doors completely missing that had nails sticking out ready to catch the skin and cut anyone reaching for silverware. The exterior of the property is not cleaned at all. The outdoor shower doesn't have drainage so the walkway outside is covered in slime and moss to slip and fall on whenever you walk through or especially trying to step off the deck. The ice maker is filled with mold in the back. All of the bathroom toilet paper and towel holders are pulled out of the wall and barely holding on and the bathrooms sinks barely drain. At the time that we stayed, there were 2 active wasp nests that made the entire outside unusable. We contacted Southern Belle rentals to make sure that we wouldn't get charged for all of the existing damage, including sending pictures and were told that they were all known problems, that they had no intentions of fixing them. They did state that they would send someone for the wasps but he came out and just said his ladder wasn't big enough so they wouldn't do anything about that either. I would not even consider this property. Southern Belle Properties manages a number of properties on the island, I would make sure to avoid them as well.

Winter Break

We booked our week away while the kids had off for winter recess and it couldn’t have been any more perfect. We’re from Buffalo where the weather was 20 degrees. It was 60’s during our stay in Tybee Island and very peaceful. Not overly crowded given it’s their out of season but also not a ghost town. Overall, pleasant atmosphere and experience. Highly recommend this place.

Grea Family Vacation Home

Other than not being able to use the fireplace when it was cold outside, this house was beautiful. It fit our family of 10 comfortably and was clean. It is just steps from thr ocean. An added bonus was being across the street from the library and YMCA which the older kids enjoyed.

Sister Island Getaway!

Great location and great place. Common area makes it easy for group to gather and lots of space for all to enjoy. Close to beach and water. Good vehicle parking. Great memories made. A couple things to be aware of: 1) property is not golf cart accessible; 2) beach chairs are not in useable shape (maybe will be remedied). Excellent rental.

Fun in the Sun at Southern Belle

We had a great time with our family at the Southern Belle on Tybee. We had plenty of room to share meals and conversations. We appreciated the spots for off street parking. The condo was located close to the beach so we could easily go back and forth with snacks and beach supplies. Hopefully we can return again next year and enjoy this comfortable, roomy beach home.

Nice home with close access to the beach

Stayed here for a girls trip to Tybee/Savannah. 5 girls total and enough space for us all. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is smaller than what it appears in the pictures- we actually didn’t even use it as the water was too cold. There are no beach towels for guests, so make sure you bring your own!

Family Vacation

Really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room and the furnishings were very nice. Spent most of our time on the large outdoor porch which was very nice. Being only 30 minutes from Savannah allowed us to spend a day touring the city and taking the trolley tour to learn about the history of Savannah from a local. Also took the Dolphin tour through Captain Dericks. Highly recommend both tours . While on Tybee enjoyed spending time at the beach (less than 5 minute walk), the community pool (heated), many of local restaurants and ice cream shops. Rented bikes for the week and enjoyed early morning rides on the beach.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at this property. Even though the pool was too cool to get in during our stay in February it was clean and pretty to enjoy. The accommodations were better than pictures indicated. We had all the comforts of home. The property managers were very helpful. We will definitely consider renting this again..

Great property with beach access

Great property with great proximity to the beach. We loved the accomodations and there were plenty of room and beds for us all. Beautiful color schemes and smart tvs were a plus. The kitchen had a wide variety of utensils and dishes available for use.

Beachside Stay

Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house was beautiful and decorated well. It was very spacious which was accommodating to our group. Southern Belle was very responsive to any of my inquiries with them. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay here and would definitely come back!
