We had a group of 6 adults and a toddler. We enjoyed our stay. Ty was a wonderful host. Even offered us to stay longer Sunday if we wanted to We loved fishing in the pond and the fire pit was great. He also left a nice basket of snacks which came in so handy for going to First Monday flea market. We would definitely stay here again and also recommend to anyone

Our host was super friendly and welcoming! Good location from First Monday for our girls weekend. Beds were comfortable, would stay here again.

Overall wonderful stay! We were in town for a family event and needed a space for two couples with an infant and a toddler. Rooms were large enough for our added Pack'N Plays. The yard is fenced, so no worries about the toddler wandering off into the pond or woods. The property is well maintained, but realize that the East Texas hayfields and farms are also industrialized dust generators, so be prepared to wipe down any outdoor furniture prior to use. While we didn't get the opportunity to play pickleball, the court looked awesome and very well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The host was very hospitable, attentive, and super easy to get in touch with. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again in the future!

We enjoyed our one night stay here very much! The first thing I noticed and really appreciated was everything was extremely clean. They provided a few paddles and balls for the pickleball court too which was nice. The stocked pond was also great for fishing! Thank you for the easy check in and great communication throughout the process!
