Soak up the sun, breathe in the fragrant ocean air, and indulge in your own backyard wonderland at this fantastic home on South Padre Island. Spend your mornings at the beach and your afternoons swimming in the private pool or practicing your swing on the putting green out back.

This two-story home sits half a block up the street from Beach Access #21, allowing you to easily begin and end each day with your toes in the sand. Padre Boulevard is right around the corner, lined with a wide assortment of restaurants, bars, shops, and recreational outfitters. Sea Turtle Inc. (one mile), the South Padre Island Birding and Nature Center (one mile), and the Beach Park at Isla Blanca (three miles) are all close by as well.

Walk home from the beach to find generous space to unwind both inside and out. Set the table in the shade for a sunset dinner on the patio, and bring your dessert and coffee upstairs to the balcony that runs the length of the house.

The interior offers an open, air-conditioned respite from the summer sun. The open living space is up a flight of stairs, bringing together a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining room for homemade meals and after-dinner board games. There are smart TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms - two upstairs and a primary suite with direct patio access downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The bed was super cozy, the pool was amazing and it was overall a great stay.The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing.I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in South Padre

We loved the Cora Lee!

The home was well appointed with a full garage for two cars stocked with beach toys, an extra refrigerator and other amenities. The home is comfortable and well appointed with an outdoor shower and beautiful pool area which is great to come home to after a day at the beach.

Perfect home away from home

Beautiful, clean, near the beach, fully equipped with pretty much all necessities indoors and outdoors. Even beach gear. My family loved it and we plan to book this place again in the future.

Wonderful home close to the beach

We selected this home for our annual BFF trip. The home was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the stay and the proximity to the beach. The fence in the backyard is no longer missing, as shown in the photos. A nice privacy fence has been put up between the neighbor’s yard. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we made. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home to others.

Great location, property run down, poor management

The location to the beach is fantastic, however, the pictures of the property must have been taken years ago. The backyard is nowhere near as clean and landscaped as shown. The hot tub is not a hot tub, just a jetted small water area. The pool gets very hot, but our kids enjoyed it. The inside of the house is functional, but again has some rough areas that could easily be fixed up if the owners would just invest a little money in upkeep. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. However, basic supplies like extra trash bags or paper towels, spices, etc. are not provided. Our biggest problem during our stay was getting ahold of local management. The pool had food floating in it upon arrival and it took over 15 hours to get management to send the pool cleaner. We would not rent from Vacasa again simply for this reason.

Supplies and backyard/pool

Our stay was three nights and there was no extra trash bags to be found so we had to provide our own. Broom was hard to find there was only a cloth sweeper. The pool was very dirty with palm tree leaves and there was a piece of roof shingle at the bottom of the pool. The green was not clean. The zero escaping was missing rocks where you could see the black plastic and weeds were growing through the zero escaping. The outside backyard just did not match up what were in the pictures. We had to clean the pool before we were able to enjoy it. Also the heat in the jacuzzi did not work and we were all looking forward to that.

Constructions next door

1 bedroom and bath downstairs....everything else upstairs. We had several people with issues climbing stairs. Don't recall reading that in description. They would not supply enough towels and wash cloths for the duration of our stay. Expected us to to laundry. We were on VACATION . That means no laundry. Won't use them again.

Close to the beach!

Awesome perfect family retreat, loved the pool, with direct access from the master bedroom, fair enough equipped kitchen for a fast cooking meal and plenty of parking space.

Sandra the owner was amazing to work with and very responsive. The house was beautiful and well stocked with items to enjoy at the beach. We will be returning for sure!
