We had such a great stay at this rental. The decor is warm, stylish, and really well thought out, and the layout made the whole place feel open and comfortable. I have to mention the couch — it was unbelievably comfortable. Honestly one of the best I’ve ever lounged on in a rental. I’d love to know where they bought it because I want the same one at home.We brought our own pillows out of habit, but the master bedroom bed was so comfortable that we probably didn’t even need them. Everything felt clean, cozy, and inviting.The location is another huge plus. It’s just a short walk to the beach, and we were close to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Super convenient without feeling crowded or noisy.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back. I would definitely recommend you stay here. We did not need to use the pool because of the weather, but it looked clean and well kept.

Vacation without the work

It felt like home. The lodgings are beautiful, clean, and conveniently located a brief walk to the beach. The process was organized, too. The photos don't do the place justice, being more comfortable and picturesque than a camera can capture. I can't wait to return.

SPI CONDO PERFECT FOR FAMILIES TRAVELING TOGETHER

Was visiting SPI for a wedding and this condo was a perfect solution for our family who was traveling together but wanted to have our own privacy within the condo. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was fabulous. Condo was clean, well lit & well decorated. The location is great, you are just a short walk away from the beach. Condo has a pool to enjoy on the premises which is a great alternative to have. Beds were comfortable and the location is quiet. Wifi was exceptional with no lagging issues.

South Padres vaca

The only problem we had was getting in to the building with the key pad. We had to call a couple of times for help because the numbers were sticking.

Very nice

Very nice interior - clean and everything looks recently updated. 3nice bedrooms and a bathroom each. Close walk to beach. Pool is no-frills and shared with the other 3 attached units - but was tidy and fine. Very small balcony overlooks pool, but could use a few pieces of outdoor seating. Ocean (and fireworks) can be viewed from front balcony/step. Street is pleasant - thumbs up for location (and pretty close to grocery). Really no complaints at all.

Great Place close to beach!!

We enjoyed this property. Very clean and very cute beach house! Much larger than I had expected. Beach access was so close we were able to walk! The pool was small but fortunately we had it mostly to ourselves. Twin bed needs support boards replaced. My daughter fell through a few times when she would sit on the foot of bed. :-) not a huge deal but for future tenants it may be an issue! Overall a great place!!

No shade!

The house is clean and beautifully decorated. It is right across the street from the public access #11 beach. It is a bit of walk while carrying all the beach equipment you will need to rent because the house has NONE. The back yard has a nice pool but NO SHADE!! The patio furniture is made of thin fabric and it was torn and unusable. Need to invest in a shade structure and new reliable patio furniture.

2nd visit to this beautiful condo!

We stayed here last summer and was not disappointed, so we had to book it again. The place is lovely, is within a short walk to beach (no sand in personal vehicle) and has all the amenities needed. Only recommendation is to fix the twin bed in the middle room. We had this issue last time that if you sit on the end of the bed, the support boards give out and the bed collapses. Definitly need to replace those support boards for the mattress. Very frustrated to see it was still an issue. Other than that, this place was perfect!

Wonderful location!

I loved how close the location to the beach, the house was clean for the most part. The beds were comfy, it was beautifully decorated. A couple things could have been better. First, the outside of the cupboards and baseboards were gross as well as the refrigerator handle. They are not included with the cleaning and it shows. Next, the absence of “normal” household items was a hassle. Things that are typically included in most rentals include things like cooking oil, a FEW spices, laundry soap, Tupperware to keep things refrigerated in, ice, etc… it would have been nice to not have to run out for everyday items. Last, the pool was dirty and I wound up cleaning it and emptying the filters myself, I’ve owned a pool and find cleaning pools relaxing but it needed a good cleaning. The furniture near the pool was old and uncomfortable and there was no sunshade or inflatable floaties or beach amenities of any sort. Had to go buy a couple pool rings and left them there for others to enjoy, hope they don’t get thrown out. Also, there is no storage of any sort in the room with two beds and the closet was locked. Not even a suitcase stand to put your suitcase on. Had to sleep with suitcases on the bed and wifi doesn’t reach the pool area.

It was visible from a window. It would have been nice to have a chair on the balcony and it would have also been nice to know that we are on a second floor being that I'm 60 and I got bad knees. The refrigerator, freezer and Hood over the stove. None of those lights worked in the appliances. Otherwise it worked out perfect for our family. We loved having our own bathrooms for the two masters and my daughter. She shared the hallway with everybody else but it was all great.
