The Space:

Welcome to this incredible oceanfront condo! The unit is in Ocean Pier I, which is located in a highly desired section of North Myrtle Beach. The unobstructed Oceanview from the balcony is mesmerizing; so bring the family to enjoy this beautiful view!



It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats in the parking lot.



Entry: **Stairs required** This unit is on the 2nd level so approximately 25 stairs are required.



Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans.



Family room: Large family room area with oceanfront views. Roku & cable TV. Queen sized sleeper sofa!



Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with king bed. Oceanviews! Roku TV.



Bathroom 1: Stand up shower attached to bedroom 1.



Bedroom 2: Two single beds. Cable TV.



Bathroom 2: Tub/Shower combo located in the hallway between bedrooms.



Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!



Pool: Complex pool is a shared outdoor pool!



Extras: Secure, ground-level storage unit available for guests' use for easy access to beach chairs, umbrellas, etc



Beach: Direct beach access from the complex! Multiple outdoor showers to rinse off sand are located throughout complex. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.



Laundry: Complex has a laundry room at the bottom of the stairs-- near the pool entrance, coin operated.



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



A/C: Mini split units. Use remotes to set temperature.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (other than a private owner's closet) along with the shared complex pool.

The complex is located in a popular spot in North Myrtle Beach - which makes for a perfect vacation!

🐊 Alligator Adventure is about 1.1 miles

Getting Around:

Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach have to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

No pets. Minimum booking age 25. Max guest count is 6.



Routine Pest Control happens on the fourth Thursday of every month. The HOA requires the technician be allowed to enter the condo to spray during this time and guests will be expected to allow entry.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
