This fully furnished Beachfront condo is located in beautiful Edgewater Beach Resort! This property is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe. Balcony access from living room and Dining Room. The master suite has 2 queen beds with private bath with ceramic tile walk-in shower. The junior suite has a King size bed and guest bathroom. Also, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeps 6-8 comfortable! **Must be 25 years of age or older to reserve and Occupy! Very neat & guaranteed CLEAN! You will NOT be disappointed!
Edgewater is one of the finest full service beach resorts in PCB, on the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Exclusive amenities include 11,800 sq.ft. lagoon Pool with waterfalls & tropical landscaping, 9 heated pools(seasonal), 4 hot tubs, Peak Season Pool side activities/live music, Pizza Shack, Ocean's full service restaurant & bar, Edgie's/Starbucks Coffee Shop/Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Fitness Center, Pro Shop, Executive 9 hole Golf Course, & 11 lighted Tennis/Basketball courts. Free Access to Sports Courts and Fitness Center. Equipment Rental and 9 Hole Golf Course are additional cost.
**Resort Fee/Guest Registration of $50 is paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests and if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. Link will be provided after booking to access this Registration site. This fee covers ALL parties of the reservation which coincide with the number of people the property sleeps and includes 1 vehicle pass. 2nd Resort access vehicle pass: $30; 3rd Resort access vehicle pass: $50. Motorcycles (during non-Bike weeks): $20 each. RVs/trailers/any pull-behind: $40/week during non-Bike weeks and only allowed through the months of Sept though May.**
Cancellation Policy: 20% due at booking; remainder due 30 days prior to arrival. If canceling outside of the 30 days prior to check in, the Initial Down Payment of Reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE. In many cases, IF the property is re-reserved for the same dates at the same rate as the cancelled reservation we work with our customers on a partial refund of the 20% down payment.
If canceling within the 30 days of check in, the TOTAL balance is NON-REFUNDABLE. Purchasing Travel Insurance would provide peace of mind in the instance that the reservation will be cancelled within the 30 day payment window or in the event of a major weather event such as a Hurricane. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance if there are concerns about loss of job, sick kids, named storms or the potential of a death in the family.

Edgewater Resort

The property was perfect for our trip. We came in town for the Ironman 70.3 race weekend, and the resort was the base camp for the whole event. Outside of the event, the resort had a great community pool setup at the main resort, and the beach access was simple and easy to navigate. The restaurant next to the pool was perfect for easy and delicious meals.

Perfect

The condo was just as pictured. Everything was in working order and was very clean. The booking agency was very sweet. We got an early check in. Was offered a late checkout. Wished us safe travels home. I think that was a first for us. Will definitely book thru stay at the beach rentals again.

1102 tower II was fantastic. Clean room and no issues at all. Would stay here again. Absolutely loved the floor to ceiling windows. Would stay here again for sure.

Wonderful Long Weekend

We experienced a very nice long weekend with family. The condo was exactly as we expected and was represented. It was very clean and spacious. The layout with the living room, kitchen and dining table at the front of the condo allowed for the most beautiful views! Break-taking for sure! Would recommend to all.

21 Summer Break

Property location was familiar as we have stayed at Edgewater nearly every year for the last 20 years. We usually stay in the villas due to price, but wanted to upgrade to beach side this summer. Was convenient for carrying our beach supplies each day, and view was nice. Will probably go back to villas in the future due to price being much higher on beach front. With the golf cart tram service available, beach access is still convenient from across road. Unit was nice, beds were a little firm, but overall a nice place. We didn't stay inside much, as we are beach people and enjoyed our time on the beach. Only downfall was price, but we realize that is market driven. Would consider this unit again if we could split cost with another couple.

A Visit to Paradise

This property was very clean and roomy. Everything was provided to be able to prepare meals indoors, if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Not perfect, but the view makes this place!

There are a few things I would have changed about our stay. 1. Put some clothes hangers in the closets. I think the master had 5-6 and the guest room had about the same. For 4 people, that is no where near enough. 2. No paper towels?!? I have never stayed in a condo in all our years of vacationing and not been provided paper towels. Maybe it was an oversight, but there should be some there. 3. Living room furniture needs an update. The recliners are old and outdated and uncomfortable and the sofas are super uncomfortable because the cushions are worn down. It’s a shame too because the best view of the beach is in that room! Lastly, the patio furniture needs an update too. The two chairs with table are fine but everything else is pretty outdated. All in all, our stay was pretty great. Very relaxing! The property is almost perfect. It’s beautiful with a lot to do on site as well as around you. Near all the great PCB restaurants and shopping. The condo has spectacular views and a lot of Edgewater Condos have removed their mirrors in the living room, but cuddos to the owners for keeping them. It makes the view that much better! 360 view of the beach! Kitchen was great. The ice maker is a little finicky but it is all operational. And you can see the kitchen has been updated. The bedrooms are fine. The beds are a little firm but I know that it totally preference. The big thing this condo advertises is cleanliness. The condo was clean. I did find a couple of hairs in the master shower upon our arrival, but it didn’t bother me. I just wiped them up. Lastly, communication with the property managers was very easy and we were even able to check in early. I don’t know that I would willingly choose this condo over some of the others in Edgewater. The others that we have stayed in have been a little more updated.

Awesome Labor Day Weekend

Condo and Resort were wonderful. Just as described in pictures. Condo was super clean and very roomy. We had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend to anyone and we will try to stay here again on our next visit.

Great vacation!
