We had a great time. The management company needs to improve its service. 1. We arrived with all trash bins full - the company obviously noticed and yet didnât discuss how to handle our trash. We were told it was because the prior renters didnât take their trash out of the house and into the bins prior to the bins being taken to the curb. Our trash was put out on time - we actually put out the recycling because the management company didnât realize it was recycling pickup week - but because the bins were full when we arrived, they were again full when we left. We wonder if the next renters will be told that we didnât put our trash out on time. 2. All bath towels were left in plastic bags in front hall for us to distribute throughout the house. 3. Soap dispenser in first floor bath was almost empty. 4. The outside refrigerators (as well as the grill) were filthy. One of the refrigerators was leaking water all over the refrigerator from the frozen part of the unit. We were told it was the heat and yet the other refrigerator was fine. It should be fixed so the renter doesnât have soaking wet drinks. 5. We tried to vacuum and the vacuum was backfiring crumbs; it needs attention. 6. The twin bed in the master closet took us almost 30 minutes to open up. Thereâs something wrong with the mechanics. 7. The gas tank for the fireplace near the house was left open; allowing gas to escape until we realized where the smell was coming from. 8. Ripped screen door and moreâŠ
