From start to finish, this was a great experience. The host responded quickly to our questions. The check in process was seamless and the instructions for staying and checkout were clear. The unit is a little small, but great for one person or a couple. The location is very convenient to less touristy areas of San Diego such as Normal Heights, Kensington, and North Park/University Ave. It's great if you have some time to explore the area as there are a ton of restaurants and shopping in these neighborhoods. We had a car with us our whole stay and street parking was never an issue, we always found a spot on Madison within a block of the unit.Would definitely recommend to friends and anyone wanting to see a different side of San Diego.

The place was small, as you are aware when booking, but very well apointed. Had everything a couple would need. Nice area/neighborhood. Bed is comfortable and cleanliness is awesome. One side note, the air conditioner is a portable windows unit and in my opinion isn't great, but that's just me.

For an extended stay the frig was small, however the kitchen was adequate. The over all finishes were nice. The portable AC was noisey. The TV was too small to be able to watch lying down in the bed. The garden furniture needed a coat of stain. Bathroom was fine. Location good.

Great place!

Only real issue is there was a lot of noise coming from the tenants upstairs, bathroom needs a exhaust vent, bed wasn’t the best, but overall great place to stay!
