Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin! Plenty of room to spread out, beautiful surroundings, many things to do in the area, and Amish carriages going by the cabin every so often! Our host, Candace, was so helpful in responding quickly to any questions we had.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
The whole house was clean, they had thoughtful touches all over the place. We really enjoyed the house and Saturday. If you like older houses with plenty of history in them, then this place is for you. It was pretty cool being able to see the original house right in the "new" house.
We really enjoyed ourselves at the cabin. It was clean, cozy, and a neat place to stay. Candace was so kind, helpful, and available. Would definitely recommend and return if possible.
This place was a dream! It’s located in the most serene and beautiful setting. You are surrounded by trees and nature. The house itself is huge and gorgeous. Very well appointed (there were three different kinds of coffee machines there including a Nespresso). There is no detail that they overlooked. The hostess was so sweet and very responsive for the very few things we needed. My family was so sad that our stay was so short and we are all talking about trying to return there for a larger family vacation. It’s a few minutes outside of Coatesville but very well worth the drive if you have a rental car. We even forgot a pair of my AirPods there and the host is so kindly mailed it back to us.
Absolutely fell in love with this place. It was a nice relaxing location. Not a lot of traffic. I came for rest and relaxation and I got exactly that. The house is absolutely gorgeous, nice decor. I didn’t need 4 bedrooms but for the price I doubt I could have stayed in a hotel any cheaper. If you are thinking of renting this one I would definitely recommend.
Great value for the location and amenities. Host was great and very responsive. Property is very large and unique to area with log cabin and historic stone interiors. There is one king bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs (master with king, and 2 with queen beds). Upscale appliances in kitchen but make sure and bring everything you need if you’re cooking in as well as any oils, sprays, foil, etc you might need (nothing provided onsite). Location is perfect for visiting area (Sight and Sound, Bird in Hand, Strasberg Railroad, and much more).
This house was beautiful! It was the perfect mix of old style charm and luxury! The cabin had literally everything you could need from shampoo, to throw blankets on the couch to fans in the closets. The house is pretty big and I kept finding myself getting turned around in certain places. Candace was a fantastic host and very accommodating after impending snow storm. We will definitely be back!
We loved everything about this charming home. It was very homey and comfortable. Had everything we needed. The host was great to work with. She responded to our questions in a timely manner. Will definitely stary here again.
