Newly renovated one bedroom (king size) one bathroom corporate apartment with separate entrance. The apartment includes a 50-inch smart TV in the bedroom and a 65-inch in the living room area with high speed wifi. Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN, & Roku are available to watch. Enjoy your stay. There is also a coffee/tea bar, water, and a variety of soft drinks to enjoy. We are 11 miles from the Mall of Georgia, 1.7 miles from Rabbit Hill Park, and 7 miles to Gwinnet medical.

Perfect location between Atlanta and Athens

We stayed here for a weekend while in town for a Bulldogs game. This is THE perfect halfway spot between Atlanta and Athens. The basement apartment was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean and has everything we needed. Would hands down recommend and would most definitely love to stay again next time we are in town

Beautiful

Very nice and relaxing feels like home away from home. This location is convenient to everything even last minute grocery shopping and a walk in the park. I 💯 recommended this place.

Quick stay

Just stayed over night as I had some dates shuffle. Very quick in replying to messages and very kind. Place has everything you should need, and the AC was nice and cold. Just had the sidewalk poured so that will be very nice for the next guest to enjoy.

Excellent Place

This property is awesome, and the hosts are most hospitable! It is a basement apartment with everything you need to have a comfortable stay. They had a wonderful charcoal grill on the porch and stocked the fridge with drinks. There wasn't any charcoal but I fully believe they would have given it to us if we asked. I always travel with be grill so I had a fresh bag with me. The furniture was comfortable and the bed was extremely nice! I prefer a bed that is as soft as powder and this one is a firm memory foam type, but it is high quality. The televisions were the perfect size for the rooms and the place was well decorated. I could tell that they really out effort into making this a nice place with quality furniture!
