This Vrbo rental was perfect for my needs and close to all the restaurants and shops in downtown Lawrenceville. The unit looked newly renovated with all the conveniences of home.

Clean and convenient

This place was very convenient for our competition at the Gwinett County Fairgrounds. Everything we needed was provided. I would definitely stay again.

As stated

Overall very clean and nice, good location and price for what we were in town doing. Parking is pretty tight, we drive a gmc Denali and were not able to park out of the way of the gate but I guess they didn’t need to access it during our stay so we had no issues with that. It is a two sided unit and you can hear the people next door when they talk etc. However we use a sound machine to sleep so it didn’t bother us.

Bungalow review

We came down to stay for my wife’s back surgery, nice place but with truck or large SUV it’s hard not to block gate. Also a lot of traffic all day and all night long. Bungalow was clean memory foam king bed slept good. Shower small stand up. The only complaint I have is you could hear the other people in the front of the house, needs a sound proof wall, other than that it was perfect for what we needed. Host responded very quickly to every question we had. Thanks again

Nice place, good value

We were looking for a comfortable, inexpensive, conveniently located, pet friendly crash pad while visiting family in Lawrenceville, and that’s what this is. Apartment is super clean, all new, and the accommodation is thoughtfully designed. We had everything we needed. Pamela was friendly and responded quickly to my questions. This is, in fact, not a bungalow, but a very small, very neatly appointed apartment attached to a very cute little one story home. It is right on a very busy main road, which might have deterred me somewhat, had I known about it in advance, as would the idea of staying in an apartment, as opposed to a detached home. The house seems to be well sound-proofed, and the road noise turned out not to be an issue. By night three, there were guests in the main house who were up making noise after we’d gone to bed, which prevented our dogs from settling down. I was trying to avoid that situation (and the possibility of disturbing other guests if the dogs got noisy) so my only complaint would be that I wish the listing had been accurately described as having shared walls. Otherwise, very satisfied and happy to recommend.
