Direct Beach Front/Best View of Gulf/Remodeled Pointe Santo E36 Sanibel

Beautiful post hurricane remodeled direct gulf front condo, less than 75 feet to the beach. Gorgeous views of the gulf and beach from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom. Sunsets can be seen directly from the lanai in November through February. During the other months our guests head to the beach for the beautiful views.

Features include linens for all beds, extra bed pillows, bath and beach towels, makeup mirror, 2 hair dryers, iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach umbrella, full size washer and dryer, three smart televisions, stereo, crown moldings, window treatments, ceiling fans and hotel quality internet.

Fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with quartz countertops (Fall 2025 remodel), stainless steel appliances to include a dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Additional kitchen items include a wide slice toaster, combo drip coffee maker and Keurig, coffee bean grinder, blender, juicer, waffle maker, crockpot along with a full complement of kitchen utensils. Everything you need at your fingertips to prepare beverages, snacks and all of your meals. The tall cabinet in kitchen holds beach towels, beach umbrella, beach toys and beach cooler. Conveniently placed next to the tall kitchen cabinet are four beach chairs for your use.

Seating for four at the dining table, along with two stools at the kitchen island and two chairs at the kitchen counter.

In the living room there is a 65 inch Sony smart television, stereo, ample comfortable seating, puzzles, books and games.

In the master ensuite there is a 50 inch smart TV and a tray ceiling with separate reading lights above the king bed. The comfortable Kingsdown luxury mattress has an electrically controlled head incline/decline. You have direct views to the gulf and access to the lanai from the master suite. The master bath has a cabinet with two sinks and quartz countertops (Fall 2025 remodel) and travertine tile throughout. There is a separate bathroom area featuring a toilet, a long stand-up shower with both a stationary rainhead, and a separate shower wand and an in-shower full width bench seat.

The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed and a smart TV. There is private access from the bedroom to the bathroom. The second bathroom, a Fall 2025 remodel, will feature a cabinet with a quartz countertop, a walk-in shower with both a rainhead and a separate shower wand, along with a bench seat (photos to follow upon completion).

The lanai/balcony includes a table and four (4) chairs, two (2) padded recliner chairs and a ceiling fan. A beautiful area to enjoy the tranquil beach and gulf views.

Our fully furnished vacation beach condo rents weekly (Saturday to Saturday) and sleeps 4 (master king, guest queen and twin).

Our 3rd floor condo is located directly on the beach and has one designated off-street parking space located close to the E building walkway, stairs and elevator.

All condos, including lanais, walkways and the entire Pointe Santo property are Non-Smoking and Non-Vaping.

Pointe Santo has tall palm trees and a freshwater lake and is Sanibel’s finest resort located directly on the Gulf of Mexico at the southernmost tip of the island, which runs east to west. Chaise loungers are available on the Pointe Santo property sand, near the beach and around the pool. The resort includes a heated saltwater pool and a saltwater hot tub. There are two pickleball courts and one tennis court available for use along with complimentary rackets available for loan at the office (Mon-Fri). Gas grills are available at three locations around the pond. Enjoy the sounds of the gulf, birds and the gorgeous water views from the lounge chairs located on the property at the edge of the beach. The E36 condo and Pointe Santo complex all make for a lovely and fun oceanfront stay.
