The condo was immaculate and beautiful! It was completely stocked with everything you could need for the kitchen, for game night, and for the beach!! So many things for the beach we couldn’t believe it!! The beach was beautiful and the pool was very clean & relaxing. The host was very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend staying here when you visit Sanibel.

This is a well kept property. The pool was clean, the other guests were friendly. It was quiet, relaxing, and family friendly. We had a wonderful stay. We dined in Captiva a few nights and Sanibel the rest of the time. We had AMAZING dinners! It wasnt cheap, but you walked away feeling a-okay that you dropped hundreds on a meal (six of us) because everything was DELICIOUS! Mucky Duck, Tuttis Italian Cielo, Wickeys Lighthouse, even CheeChee Burger was worth every penny. We charted a fishing excursion, shelled, sunned, swam, visited the Ding Nature Preserve and ate great meals- what more could you ask for? The wildlife was awesome! I am a conservationist at heart, so seeing how serious the native Sanibel folks are about wildlife preservation was the icing on the cake! I never thought any Florida island would beat Anna Maria, but there is definitely an argument to be made for Sanibel and Captiva!

Wonderful place - highly recommended

Absolutely stunning. Highly recommended. Stayed here in August for a long weekend (4 nights) as a family of 4. The listing is absolutely accurate. It is literally steps from the beach surrounded by palm trees in a quiet neighborhood close to everything (shops, post office, gas, restaurants) and only 20 minutes to Ft Myers for shopping. The condo is very well appointed and especially the kitchen is very well equipped and one has everything needed for cooking. High quality appliances and utensils, and sufficient dishes, pots and pans. Beds are extremely comfy and high quality and the two bath rooms are new and up-to-date. Everything is high quality and beautifully appointed. Spacious rooms with view on the sea. Check-in and check out are very easy and communication with the owner is very easy. He does everything to make it a wonderful stay. The beach is awesome, white sands, absolutely clean and so many beautiful sea shells and unforgettable sun sets. We collected so many sea shells we ended up shipping a package home via US post office. One can see plenty dauphins and shore birds and even sea turtle nests. A plus is the laundry room in the condo and the outside shower to rinse off sand coming back from the beach. Also beach chairs, a cooler, and umbrella and toys are provided, which is really great. Another plus is the swimming pool which is really nice and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and will come back for sure.

We were drawn to Sanibel because it feels different from most coastal destinations. There are no high-rises, no crowds of noise—just miles of beaches, preserved nature, and some of the best shelling and sunsets in the world. It’s a place where mornings start with a walk on the sand and evenings end watching the sun disappear into the Gulf of Mexico.
