WE RENT SUNDAY TO SUNDAY IN JULY AND AUGUST. MIN 7 DAYS
The beach. Perfect for children, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing. 3 bed, two bath, Cozy Private Beach. right out the door wall. Three flat screen TV. All appliances including Dishwasher and Washer/Dryer. Microwave and Coffee Pot. Fully stocked kitchen.
Sandy shallow beach perfect for all ages. Long, wide EZ dock on Deer Lake. Public Access for boats available. 10 minutes from town.
20 min from Petoskey, Charlevoix and Gaylord. Two story with upstairs master. Newly remodeled kitchen and first floor bathroom with handicap access.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We brought our paddle boards, kayaks, and even our little boat, and had so much fun making the most of the beautiful weather. Evenings spent grilling out and sitting around the fire were some of our favorite memories. My cousin even got engaged on the beautiful pier making this house a special place for our family. The kitchen was stocked with just about everything we needed, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. The hosts were very responsive, although we hardly needed anything because everything was so well prepared and thoughtfully set up. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

We are so pleased and happy about our rental! The place, the beach house but also the surroundings exceeded our expectations i have to say. We are ready to come back next year! The chalet was very clean and comfortable, the lake so peaceful and quiet! We loved our stay

This Chalet is located right on Deer Lake. Shallow lake and fun for all children. Lake is great for boating and jet skis and plenty of fishing.
