Our stay in Williams, AZ was truly amazing. The home was very comfortable and Frank went over and above to make sure our stay was everything promised. This home is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. It's a great place to walk and enjoy the beautiful surrounding scenery. It's also very close to historic downtown Williams where there is so much to see and do.

The whole booking, check-in, and check-out process was flawless. Never had to ask a question. Communication was on-point and very detailed. The little welcome gift was a nice personal touch. The house was inviting and very well stocked. Very clean with a fresh modern feel throughout. The game room was fun and the hot tub was a perfect and relaxing way to end a long day. Very private as well. Would book again.

We had a wonderful stay! The owner was very friendly and communicated quickly throughout the entire process. The home was lovely, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had an excellent experience and stay at this property! It was clean, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel like home. The kitchen is very well stocked as well as the bathrooms. After exploring the area, this house was just plain fun to return to. We utilized the hot tub, mini-golf and had a few competitive games of Battleship in the game room:) Frank was wonderful with communication and quick to respond with any of our needs, which were very few. Highly recommend!

My wife said this was the best vacation home we have ever rented. It was immaculately clean. Furniture is nice. The mattresses on the beds were fantastic. The hot tub was great at the end of each day and we got in it every night we were there. And the location was perfect. Within no time I learned how to get down to Route 66 and back without using navigation. It’s literally about a 5 minute drive to Williams and you don’t even have to get on the interstate. We loved all the little shops and restaurants. We hated to leave. I only had one question during the stay and the host responded almost immediately and resolved the issue for me. If we ever get back to this part of the country, we will definitely try to rent this exact place again.

This was the MOST stocked vacation home we’ve been in! Our stay was a week for vacation involving the Grand Canyon and surrounding sights. We were pleasantly surprised that the house is bigger than it looks and was so comfortably arranged.We enjoyed the Jacuzzi, fire pit, and bbq several times. Communication with the host was excellent and informative! If a friend were contemplating going to Williams, Az. I would highly recommend this beautiful home!!

We can’t say enough about Frank! Kind, extremely helpful, and went out of the way to make our stay great!House was great and was well stocked. The hot tub didn’t disappoint. My kids loved the game room and the mini golf course in the backyard. There is even a great playground a few blocks away.This location is quiet. Williams is the perfect town for staging out of for excursions.We plan on coming back!

This property is a gem. We truly felt at home and can't wait for a future visit. My five year old loved the game room. Easy access to the house and great communication with the host. The easy to start fire place and hot tub were a bonus. Great location! Cataract lake is literally across the street. Great walking trails and even a playground. We did the train ride from Williams to the Grand canyon and the train depot was just a 7 minute drive away.

Hello! We’re a family from Las Vegas who fell in love with the beauty and charm of Williams, Arizona. We wanted a place where we could escape the desert heat, slow down, and spend quality time together, and this home has become exactly that for us.

We enjoy exploring Northern Arizona, visiting the Grand Canyon, taking scenic drives, hiking, golfing, and relaxing under the incredible star-filled skies that Williams is known for. One of our favorite places is nearby Cataract Lake, where it’s easy to enjoy the peaceful scenery and fresh mountain air.

When we prepared our home for guests, we furnished it the way we’d want a vacation home to feel—comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with the little extras that make traveling easier. From the fully stocked kitchen to the backyard mini golf, game room, and family-friendly amenities, we hope our guests can relax, reconnect, and create lasting memories.

One of our favorite things is being directly across the street from Elephant Rocks Golf Course and just a short walk to Cataract Lake and Cataract Park. Whether it’s an early morning walk, an afternoon by the lake, or simply enjoying the mountain scenery, there’s always something to appreciate.

We also love being so close to historic Downtown Williams, where you can explore Route 66, browse local shops, enjoy great restaurants, and experience the small-town charm that brings so many visitors back year after year.
