Guest House 4U - Póvoa Seaside is a calm and charming apartment that offers the perfect retreat for your stay. The apartment features two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and a bathroom equipped with a relaxing bathtub. The spacious living room, which includes a sofa bed, seamlessly connects to the dining area, providing plenty of space for relaxation and entertaining.

Our fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and all the essential cooking utensils, allowing you to prepare your own meals at your convenience. Fresh sheets and towels are provided for your comfort.

Located on the 4th floor (accessible by elevator), the apartment offers delightful views on both sides of the building. On one side, enjoy a pleasant view of a pedestrian street lined with charming shops, while on the other side, you’ll be greeted by a clear and beautiful view of the city.

Everything you need is within walking distance, including a variety of shops, bakeries, and restaurants where you can savor authentic Portuguese specialties. And, of course, the beach and the sea are just a short stroll away!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-in: 16:00–19:00 (free); 19:00–20:30 (€15); 20:30–22:00 (€25); 22:00–23:00 (€50); after 23:00 (from €50) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 10:00 to 19:00 (10 AM - 7 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 25 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Parties are strictly prohibited.

Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week. Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (10:00 to 19:00): €20. Outside working hours (19:00 to 10:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.

Heating: - In Portugal, heating systems are not considered a basic need and are not typically installed in homes. We offer a portable heater for €15/day. Please request it at least one day before your arrival to ensure comfort during colder months.
