Welcome to the perfect home away from home for your next ski-cation! This third-floor condo is ski-in - step out on the balcony and watch your family and friends ski down the 4 O’Clock Ski Run, turn, and enter the door of the building! The hot tub is next to the building for added convenience and there is nothing like a soothing bath after a terrific time at the slopes. This is a warm and comfortable ski lodge condo with the best location possible. Vaulted ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. You and your group will be treated to an updated retreat, including new appliances, granite, tile, sinks, faucets, carpeting, custom drapes (including black-out in the bedrooms), and an 80-gallon hot water heater. It was also freshly painted and the furniture was updated as well (including new mattresses and a 50-inch TV) to make this a perfect vacation home. Curl up by the warmth of the gas fireplace to read a favorite book or play any of the board games provided.
When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!
Things to Know This unit is located on the upper third (3rd) floor - 40 stairs total. There are no elevators on property. Guests have access to an off-site pool. This amenity is not managed by us and is subject to availability. Access may vary depending on pool hours, temporary closures, and key card functionality. Rules, regulations and availability are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding as availability may shift without notice. This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 3.
Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great place! Loved the location - easy access off the 4 O'Clock run at the end of the day, easy walk up to the Snowflake lift, only 5-10min walk to be in the middle of main street. Even has a bus stop in front of it if you prefer. Well kept, clean, would absolutely stay here again, thank you!
Great area within close walking distance to downtown! Would definitely stay here again! Management was organized and helpful!

These condos are great for being able to ski down to at the end of the day. Also close enough to walk down into town.

Summer visit
The town is fun and easy to navigate on foot or with public transportation. We were there for a conference and it was a nice reprieve from Denver heat.

Pine Ridge- so convenient
Love the location of Pine Ridge. So convenient for skiing and non skiers!
The condo was spacious and clean and everything matched the description. We would’ve appreciated more towels, especially with the hot tub, and the towels provided were quite small. It is a walk up 4 flights of stairs, at a high altitude, so that’s something to keep in mind. Beds were comfortable. Living area was dim and could use better/more lighting. There was a coffee pot with no carafe and when we called the front desk, they assured us they would send a new coffee pot up but when we arrived back, there was only a new carafe which turned out not to fit the pot. We also didn’t have enough toilet paper and it took 3 calls to get more. Location was great for skiing in at the end of the day; just take 4 o’clock run. Very short and easy bus ride up the hill to get to Snowflake lift to start the day.
