Great Two Bed/Two Bath Accommodations

Accommodations were perfect for two adults, two teens. It was great that both bedrooms had a private bath and tv. I appreciated having plenty of towels, that each sink had hand soap and that K-cups were provided for the coffee maker. Area was quiet, I felt safe walking the dog and several restaurants are within walkable distance.

Great Location and Very Nice Apt

We came to Decatur to visit my grandchildren for one of their birthdays. We were looking for a place with a pool because the birthday boy loves swimming and it was a hit. They also loved playing foosball in the game room. The apartment is comfy and the location is excellent. It is near a lot of restaurants and grocery stores/big-box retailers. Parking was very easy. The host was very helpful and the instructions provided were helpful as well. Had a great time.

It was our second time at régal noir condo, and our family absolutely loved our stay! The condo is spacious and has a super homey feel. It is perfect for familles or anyone looking for something more comfortable than a standard hotel room. The location is also fantastic!

Location is perfect. Beds were very comfortable. Host communication was excellent. The apartment could have been cleaned better; kitchen floor was quite sticky and dirty, and the bathrooms needed more attention. Additionally, glassware / mugs were very sparse and the bath towels had seen better days (some were literally falling apart at the seams). We were only there for a few days with a very busy schedule and did not bother to make the hosts aware. Based on our experience, I feel like the hosts would have immediately responded if we had let them know about these concerns.
