The house was spectacular, everything was very clean and the rooms were even nicer than in the pics. The service personnel in the house was excellent and very flexible with our needs regarding food since we were traveling with someone with a nut allergy and two toddlers. The views from the pool were amazing and we got to see whales in the bay!

Better than any resort

Our stay was amazing. The perfect place to celebrate as a family. The staff and meals were outstanding. The house is very comfortable for large groups. And the nearby surfing was also great!

Casa Pacifico is an amazing place to stay. We loved the location, the casa and the team that took care of us. Pedro, Mode and Christina were the best and Marco was very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!!

Dream home for large group

Home and furnishings are fantastic. Location is ideal, and the service between the in-home, local host and Bruce left nothing to be desired. We had 7 kids and 6 adults and had an incredible time. Thank you!

What a great time at the beach!

The house was amazing. Bersa and the rest of the staff were incredible. We spent our days lounging on the pool deck, eating fresh guac, drinking margaritas, and watching whales breach off shore. What could be better? Everyone in our group had an incredible time.

We had the most incredible stay and honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the entire team. We were a group of 12 celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday, and from the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and cared for.The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect setting for our family to spend an unforgettable week in paradise. Each room in the house was beautifully appointed, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The beach was just a short two-minute walk away and was clean, peaceful, and wonderfully quiet. We realize the quietness may have been partly due to the time of year, but it was absolutely perfect for our family.But what truly made our stay exceptional was the level of service. The property manager Marco was incredibly accommodating and helpful, always available and willing to assist with anything we needed. The staff, Mode, Pedro, and Perla, were absolutely wonderful and the sweetest, most genuinely kind individuals. They were attentive to everyone’s individual needs and made us feel completely at home. The food and service were beyond anything we could have imagined! Every meal was delicious, and the care and thought that went into everything was truly special.We left feeling incredibly grateful for the experience and for the people who made it so special.We would wholeheartedly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

It’s an awesome house just needs upgrades on some doors. The cleaning lady was very respectful and hardworking. The couple in charge of the breakfast could be more polite but other than that, its an amazing experience!

We could not have asked for a better stay at Casa Pacifico. It was the best! Bersa and Ramiro were just charming, and kind, and so helpful. We loved spending our days there. I agree with others that the photos don’t do this place justice. It’s heaven. Thank you Gabriela for a wonderful stay, we hope to come back!

Casa Pacifico

An absolutely beautiful property with great staff. Five bedrooms, six bath-plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Love being able to walk out and step right into the infinity pool. The home overlooks the beach, which is 100 yards from the house. You can enjoy the crashing waves as you enjoy the stars at night - provide a wonderful way to end a perfect day. Definitely a place we hated to leave- and look forward to returning to.

Incredible House & Fantastic Staff!

This house was truly incredible - from the view to the pool to the furniture and the bedrooms. The staff -- Pedro, Cinthia, and Christina - were amazing and definitely the highlight of our trip. They prepared delicious meals, kept the house sparking clean, and were so helpful with arranging transportation and answering our questions. We had 4 children and they were so accommodating with meals, and even picked up a pinata for us for one of the kids' birthdays. We'll definitely be coming back!

Our entire trip was amazing! Marco was very responsive to emails prior to our trip with any information we needed. Then Pedro and Mode were incredible throughout our stay. We stayed in for several dinners. That experience was life changing! Amazing food and service. Pedro makes great margs. Mode’s cooking is simply the best. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were truly divine! Food was so fresh and flavorful. All three generations loved every bite. Eating outdoors every meal and watching whales go by as we ate breakfast, does ot get better?!?The house was extremely well done. The layout was ideal for our families. The house was immaculate but yet so comfortable. Pedro helped out with anything we needed around the house. We took advantage of the kayaks in the ocean and the beach chairs on the beach. Just such an amazing trip! We’ll be back!

Super Casa

We did not expect such fabulous food served up by Bersa & her husband Ramiro. The house is very clean, primarily due to the constant cleaning of Ana who was here every day. We have stayed in houses in Florida, South Carolina & Mexico, and this house was the best, primarily due to the staff that made us feel like royalty. Having 3 King beds in 5 bedrooms, all en suite, with a pool overlooking the Bay of Banderas with mountains behind the water made this a near perfect Spring Break.

We were welcomed by the house staff even though we arrived early while they were still cleaning. I wish we would have been warned that we needed cash for the airport transportation as well as for paying for extra meals. This posed issues for us securing the necessary money. Marcos did not answer all questions asked through email, but he did stop by.

A Place of Paradise

Our family spent a week at Casa Pacifico and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Bersa, Romero and Anna took such wonderful care of us. We ate like kings and queens thanks to Bersa's excellent cooking and awoke every morning to fresh squeezed orange juice made by Romero. The house was everything we could have askd for and we spent many lazy days laying by the pool and working on puzzles. When we weren't doing that, we spent the days walking on the beautiful beach just about a block from the house. It was a wonderful way to escape the cold and dreary winter back in the States.

Our dream vacation!

This was hands down one of the best vacations we have ever been on. The house is AMAZING, the pictures don’t even do it justice for how gorgeous it is. The views are spectacular and it’s a short walk down a private path to the beach. The house staff is unbelievable- they cooked us the most delicious meals, snacks, margaritas, and we’re so welcoming and friendly. Marco, the property manager, was incredibly helpful leading up to our stay, helping to coordinate transportation for us, grocery stocking, and recommendations for activities (including coordinating masseuses to come to the house). We cannot recommend this home enough and are already planning when we can come back. Thank you to the entire Casa Pacifico team!
