Welcome to your dream 3-bedroom vacation rental, just steps away from the beautiful beaches of Ocean City, NJ! Your family will be close to the Beach, Boardwalk, and Downtown, offering you the perfect combination of relaxation and entertainment.

Located on the third level with a private balcony, this spacious condo features ample sunshine and large windows. You'll be close enough to the beach to hear crashing ocean waves and taste the fresh salty air. Enjoy a hotel-like vibe with all the conveniences you need, including paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning agents, and a variety of hand, hair, and body soaps. Fresh, clean linens are provided by us from South Jersey Linens, and the kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and coffee for your convenience.

As travelers ourselves, we know the importance of having everything you need while away from home. That's why we've stocked the property with home essentials to make your stay hassle-free. This vacation property is fully equipped with cooking, laundry, bathroom, and bedroom essentials. If you need anything extra, we can refer you to a great local business.

Rest easy knowing that the property is regularly cleaned and sanitized by a professional team, ensuring a sparkling clean environment. This property is entirely newly renovated, featuring two bathrooms with large tub and shower combos. The kitchen is equipped with new Whirlpool appliances and fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and small appliances.

Quality sleep matters, especially on vacation, which is why we've provided protected, brand-new memory foam beds in each bedroom. Everything you see is everything you get in this room. It was so beautiful, comfortable, and all around a great space for a large group of people. Truly was the cherry on top to a great vacation!

Short Beach Trip

Property was great for a quick beach trip. Parking was easy and there was plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Beds were super comfortable.

Great location and great price!

This is the perfect location super close to the beach and downtown shops. The property was super nice and accurate to the posted images. We had everything we needed and the hosts responded very quickly when we had to reach out! My group had an amazing time!

Great property

Perfectly appointed, very clean, and great location. Despite no on-property parking street parking was available within a short walk despite visiting on Labor Day weekend. We highly recommend this property.

Great stay for a large group in Ocean City

A group of 8 friends stayed at this property, which is about 4 blocks to the beach. It's close to everything, was very clean, and communication with the owner was great. Street parking wasn't that difficult to find. There is also a pay lot across the street. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Place!

We stayed for just one night, but had a fantastic stay. We booked it for a birthday getaway for my daughter given its size and great location, and it did not disappoint. Check in was easy, and Shay was immensely helpful and responsive. Only criticism is that some of the furniture is showing wear. Otherwise, the place is in great shape, well maintained, with large bedrooms and great kitchen. Just right!

With all of the excellent reviews, we were surprised by some of the false advertising at this VRBO. A couple things that future guests should know:- The floor was sticky. When we wiped the floor with a towel it came back black.- One of the king size bedroom doors does not close. The other master bedroom closes but with a good amount of trouble.- The dishwasher is not fully snug into the unit and does not wash the dishes effectively. We ran 2 loads back to back and our dishes were still dirty. We washed everything by hand.- Very important for elderly or those with mobility impairments — the unit is on the third floor. The stairs in the pictures only show the first flight. Without an elevator, this was pretty grueling in the humidity/heat to load and unload.- The towel game was weak. Very thin small towels. Don’t expect to have any beach towels out of these.- There are not enough pillows for all of the sleeping spaces. With all of the extra storage in the closets we expected to find extra pillows and blankets there, but to no avail.- The unit was advertised to come with hair dryers, none to be found. I did contact the host to let her know this and she said she had extras and would have brought them to us.- The kitchen is hodge-podged together. Not exactly full stocked, especially if you are someone that plans to truly cook. Overall, the host was responsive. She kindly allowed us to bring our dog. But overall, for what we paid, the unit was not as advertised.

We do wish these concerns had been mentioned during the stay, as we would have been happy to address them right away. The only issue brought to our attention was the missing hair dryer, and we immediately purchased a new one for the guest. Had we known additional towels, pillows, blankets, kitchen items, or anything else was needed, we would have gladly helped. Our listing also notes that beach towels are not provided, as sand can damage the washer and dryer. We take every comment seriously and will be checking each item mentioned. This is our first 3-star review among many wonderful guest experiences, and we’re proud of the responsiveness and care we provide. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to make things right in real time.
