Beach House, within a walk to lighthouse, town and 2 beaches!

This beach house has everything you need for your stay. Great for families that want to walk to the beach with sand toys and a wagon provided under the house. The L -shaped deck is spectacular with views of the harbor from the front and ocean from the back! The sunsets behind the house are incredible for your deck dining pleasure. There are beach towels and even a kayak under the house that you can pull on wheels to Museum Beach. You can walk or ride bikes into town to enjoy shopping and dining. There are two bikes under the house. This is in a very special location in Scituate being so close to Lighthouse Point.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
You can leave all windows (except living room) open, as I will be returning the day you check out!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The laundry room is shared with the other owner who lives in the other half of the property. The door locks from the kitchen. Remove laundry when done
Parking: 2 cars can park parallel to the walkway in front which lead to stairs up to my unit. I car can park under the unit in the farthest bay.
Deck use: The large bottom grey deck is mine. The stairs that go up to the other decks and unit are off duty as they belong to the other owner

Our vacation at Patty's place was amazing! We had 4 adults and a 5 month old and it was a perfect, relaxing setting. The deck is gorgeous and we could walk to the beach, the lighthouse and the lovely town of Scituate. The kitchen is very well stocked so we had everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay here again!

Too much fun

Patty does an incredible job as a host. This beach house is so well equipped. Everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Walk to everything. Drink the air!!

All Decked Out

We have truly loved our stay at Patty’s! The location is amazing - picture don’t do justice that you have harbor and ocean views from the deck! Amazing! The home was so welcoming and comfortable. Patty has a kitchen ready for all your cooking needs, with seating inside and outside for everyone you want. The beds are great, and waking up to ocean views from the master is an added treat! Walking distance to the beach, the lighthouse, the harbor, and general store right around the corner - you can’t beat it. It’s a gem of a home and we want to come back every summer! I would recommend All Decked Out for anyone looking to get the most out of Scituate!

I am originally from NJ, but ended up in Colorado for school and beyond. I was happy to get back to the ocean. I raised my kids in Cohasset and feel like I am now on vacation every day in Scituate! I wanted a special place by the sea and love sharing it with others.

Why they chose this property

I wanted to be able to walk to town and beaches. I love the sound and smell of the ocean out my windows. The neighbors are amazing, so I felt instantly welcome here! Hope you will enjoy it as well.

What makes this property unique

The deck sold me! It is a slice of heaven. Great for entertaining and there is usually a great sunset to be had.
