The perfect place

Our family was in town for a wedding and it was the perfect location. We got to enjoy the beach and was walking distance to town! It was a great house with everything we needed and more!

Girls weekend

Thank you for another wonderful weekend. The house was clean as always and fully stocked with all the essentials. Check in/out is easy. This is such a beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone. The views are incredible and the perfect location. 5 min drive to town with a ton of cute restaurants and shops.

Our home away from home

This was our 4th year, and we had the best time, great weather and a beautiful beach front home to enjoy time with Family. Trish is wonderful, came right over when we needed additional propane. The property is very clean, perfect layout, and plenty of room for family reunion.

Fabulous

This was our 5th year at the property, and it is our favorite summer place. The property has everything you need, with spectacular views of the ocean. There are some great restaurants near by and a general store across the street. We have really grown to love Scituate and the property. The Sullivan family are wonderful hosts.

SCITUATE BEACH HOUSE

A fun beach house located "close in" to Scituate Harbor. The house is well taken care of and provides a wide open great room with views of the ocean. It was perfect for my family. Thank you Trish and the rest of the Sullivan's!

Beautiful seaside home!

This is a gorgeous, ocean-front home that easily fit 10 adults (we were here for a wedding). The house was very clean and had lots of space and linens for our crew. Beds are comfortable! This would be a perfect choice for families as well. Scituate is a fun seaside town with great restaurants and shops. Homeowner was easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Another fantastic stay

I can't say enough about this property - spectacular deck, walking to lighthouse, downtown, responsive and great owners. (I had a quick question and received an immediate response - faster than i would expect). The house is beautiful, warm & inviting. We had a great stay enjoying the beach, deck, neighborhood - and when it briefly rained, we enjoyed the view through the glass doors to the deck - everything we needed was there. Could not ask for more! Highly recommend!

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at the Sullivan’s Sand Hills Beach house. It was early June and the weather cooperated so we had plenty of time to enjoy the beach, the large deck, and the amazing views. The family room furniture and the deck chairs and loungers were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Communication and check in went smoothly. This is really the ideal spot on the beach (plenty of sandy space even in high tide) and is an easy 15-20 minute walk into the cute town of Scituate. We would love to return for another stay in this great home!

This was our 4th stay at this cottage, all great stays. Family had a great time .

All needs met. Plenty of glasses ,dishes,and towels. Fridge wasn’t cold enough but between the amount of food that was in it and how many times it was opened all day may have been the reason. Just thought to mention just in case something needs to be checked. Great spot, my favorite place on earth.

Beach House is great!!

This beach house is very accommodating for my family which includes 6 adults and 4 children. The floor plan is open and bright. The large deck with latching gates overlooking the ocean was a life saver with a 1 year old being all over the place and the other grandchildren as well! The kitchen could use a stove with all working burners and newer cooking pans. Other than a few kitchen issues the stay was great!!! Have rented numerous times and looking forward to renting again !

Favorite week of the year

This is our 4th year in Scituate and we have absolutely loved it. Each year our 'perspective' changes with our growing children so it makes it a new and different experience each time. The property is absolutely amazing and there is plenty of room for our kids and the deck is awesome for enjoying sunsets and just watching the rest of our family down at the beach. The hosts are always responsive to any of our questions! This is always our favorite week of the entire year.

Clean, spacious beach house right on the water

We loved our stay at Sandhills! The house was beachy and welcoming with wonderful spaces to spread out and also to congregate with friends and family. Entry was easy and Trish was very helpful and responsive to every question. The deck is spacious with AMAZING views and sounds/smells of the ocean! Exactly what we were hoping for in a home away from home while in town for a wedding. Even with rainy weather we still made the most of the beachfront access and cozy sitting areas with ocean views, anxiety to general store a ross the street and town right down the road was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy and once we found all the towels in the closet downstairs we had most everything we needed! Would love to go back! Thanks!
