Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 days as a quick getaway from Minneapolis. The communication with Sylvia was excellent- she was very responsive and all of the instructions were super clear. Having a garage space was amazing, and we couldn’t have been happier with the apt.- very clean, quiet, and fit all 5 of us really comfortably. There are a lot of thoughtful details- plenty of towels, earplugs and chargers on the nightstands, and a cute coffee station with coffee. The neighborhood is underrated. We found Pink Flores which is easily the best coffee shop I’ve been to, Cantón Regio that has AMAZING food, and a great grocery store all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place!!

This place was perfect! Perfection clean. Great, stocked kitchen. And, personal garage access, which was crazy great! I definitely give an enthusiastic 5 stars. Very easy stay for us including a great location. They provide noise machines. The club next door was hopping on Saturday but the noise machine drowned it out. They provided earplugs if desired. I'll be back.

The apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to yummy restaurants, shops and the El. Sylvia is so great to work with and communication is quick and thoughtful. I cannot recommend it more!

Great location! Upscale apartment!

Furnishings all quality, super clean, upscale amenities. Host furnished tons of extras that we have not found with other properties- ziplocks, trashbags, toiletries, coffee, spices, too much to list! Excellent stay and we will definitely be coming back.

Absolutely amazing!

This property is exactly as described. It was nice and cozy while still having plenty of room for my family of 5. The Mexican restaurant right next door had incredible food, we ate there several times! I would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Wonderful Rental Experience

Friends and I rented this unit for a convention over the weekend. Sylvia was always quick to respond to questions and as a host, made an incredible effort to take any worries away so we could relax and enjoy our time. Absolutely would rent from her again, and the space was perfect!

Great for Thalia Hall

The Vrbo was awesome! Lots of keys great security. Cool location close to many shops, stores and restaurants. We went because of its location to Thalia Hall and the number of rooms. Very cozy and very mindful. Sylvia was extremely helpful with getting in and getting out. We had no problems whatsoever. I would definitely book to stay here again!

Great spot. Great amenities and very clean. My friends and I really enjoyed the neighborhood. Great Mexican food, cool bars in the area, Thalia hall just up the road. There are a number of homeless people on the corner of the block, but noone ever bothered us, and we walked everywhere without concern.The street noise was pretty loud on our first night… which is to be expected, especially on Halloween. I feel the hosts provided fair warning of this in the listing, and even provided ear plugs in the bedrooms - so I’m not going to let that affect my rating. If noise sensitivity is a deal breaker for you, you might want to find a different place..Overall, I really appreciated the hosts communication, the quality of the apartment, and Pilsen itself. I would definitely stay in this spot again without hesitation.

Highly Recommend

Super clean and well provisioned. You could easily cook a large meal. Fun neighborhood. Was in for concerts at Thalia Hall. Perfect walking distance. If you like Mexican food, this neighborhood is for you. Dedicated parking spot behind building.

Birthday weekend

The cozy depa was wonderful, clean cozy, great location in pilsen, easy to find and good communication with host. The only thing we could have used was more mirrors to get ready when traveling with 5 girls haha but other than that everything was perfect.
