Welcome to your cozy Sugar House hideaway — a clean, comfortable 3BR retreat in a safe, quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and the mountains. Guests call it “super clean, cozy, and the most comfortable home away from home.” Whether you’re here for skiing, business, a family trip, or a quiet getaway, this is the perfect base.

Everything you would want a vacation rental and then some. Easy check-in check out, spotless, and quiet. The added bonus is the interior design was spectacular. The basket of snacks was unexpected, and there was a plethora of toiletries and other nice to have items in the house. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay and Kim was great. All the necessary kitchen items and extras like a great coffee pod collection and snacks. The location is safe, convenient and a cute neighborhood. That said, it's an old house so has a bit of a musty smell and dim lighting in the kitchen. A new shower liner and curtain would help since they had the pink mildew.

Adorable little place that was perfect for what we needed! It was clean and so very cozy. We were there for only one night but would have been very happy with the property and location if we had stayed longer. The host communicated well and we had no issues. There was a little hummingbird nesting on the porch and that was a bonus to see! The neighborhood was great and seemed very rainbow friendly. Would absolutely stay again.
