The location makes for easy travel around downtown SLC. The place was very clean, and check in and out were very easy. The only reason it's not 5 stars is the noise. There is something mechanical in the basement that makes noise every few minutes that is loudest in the back bedroom and you can feel the vibration in the bed, so it makes it hard to sleep. And the front bedroom is by a main road, so it can also be noisy.

We had a good stay at this condo in Manchester. The space was clean and well-kept, making it comfortable for our time there. The only challenge was the location—it’s not the easiest spot to get around without a car. Overall, a nice place if you’re driving or don’t mind arranging transport.

Lovely home near so many places in Salt Lake. We lived using the home as our base for moving both our kids into Univ of Utah. Super convenient to shops, restaurants and it made it a week to remember. We will definitely be staying here again when we come for visits.

Great spot to visit your student at the U

We have stayed at this property multiple times and really enjoy it. The location is close to the U, and walking distance to great dining and shopping. I highly recommend!

Lovely

This cute little house is clean, cozy and smartly decorated. We found everything we needed already tucked away somewhere. It was a lovely place to stay. I would recommend bringing a good pair of earplugs for sleeping (especially in the front bedroom) because the road noise is quite loud.

Great Location

Was in town for work at Trolley Square. Right across the street. Access to the light rail and the downtown was super easy. Off street parking was a great perk.

A real home away from home! Very enthusiastic review here; we had a great experience. The home looked exactly like the pictures; everything was spotlessly clean and worked. The main living area and kitchen were bright and sunny during the day, which was great. Quiet neighborhood at night. Shower had good water pressure. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I was comfortably able to make Thanksgiving dinner for our family of four in Utah when my daughter couldn't fly home for the weelend.The host, Vera, was responsive to questions. There's one dedicated parking space and relatively easy street parking if you need more than one space. The home is two blocks south of Trolley Square (a fun shopping area if you’re not familiar), about three blocks from Trax and one block north of a good donut shop.Would definitely stay here again!

Great house and great location

My daughter's and are were in SLC for a couple of days. This house is in a great location! The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless! We would highly recommend staying here!

Loved the house so much! Great location, super cute and walkable neighborhood. Kitchen and bathroom were clean and organized and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy. The proximity of the main bedroom to the road didn’t bother us at all, it wasn’t loud at night. You just have to be careful in the parking spot! But overall such a great place to stay, exceeded expectations.

Great stay

This was a cute little place ideal for my work needs. Right on 700 east it was a bit busy with traffic but it seemed to be chill at night. It was nice to be close to Liberty Park and an easy walk to restaurants in Trolley Square.

Perfect little house in SLC

This was a first class stay. The house is centrally located for downtown and close to everything. It is modern, clean and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
