Gulfgate 107 - This BEACH front 2 Bedroom - 2 Bath condo is located on the ground floor and walks out to the pool, beach, and the Gulf of Mexico! You are just steps to the sugar white sand from the patio! The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most spacious and beach-accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the pool and beach. Enjoy a million dollar view of the beach and Gulf from the patio. It s the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico!

Unit 107 features a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has one queen bed. For extra guests, there is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub & shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also, there is a stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.

Gulfgate Condominium is located on Surf Drive on the East end (quiet/family side) of Panama City Beach. Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; Captain Jack's is walking distance, Hershey's Beach Ice Cream shop, shopping at Jaw's or Alvin's Island, arcades, Shipwreck Island water park, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! All within a 2 mile radius. Guests staying at Gulfgate enjoy FREE Internet, FREE parking, private beach access, indoor/outdoor swimming pool, and a nice grilling area!

Okay but not great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room location is amazing and we always try to get the bottom floor when we stay here. The room itself was outdated and not very clean. The second bedroom had sand in the bed when my kids pulled down the sheets before they even got in it. The master stayed hot and had a rotating fan provided, but that didn't help much.

Nice Beach Front Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part this condo was perfect for our much-needed beach vacation. View was excellent, and condo was spacious and clean. Location was also great because it is far enough away from the masses in the high-rises, but close enough to bars & restaurants when we wanted to go out. There were just a couple of things I wish were better. The master bedroom had practically no AC so it was uncomfortably hot, especially in the afternoon when the sun was on that side of the building. The bathroom also needed some maintenance (new toilet, new exhaust fan). But the ocean view and access to the beach outweighed those things so we just dealt with it, and enjoyed our stay there.

They are the most friendly group of people we have ever dealt with undoubtedly. They bring a cozy family friendly feel to the the rentals. And we have stayed in almost every room on the bottom floor and they are all fantastic. And perfect for taking my older mother and her not having to navigate stairs or elevators or walk very far. Also perfect that some of the rooms are pet friendly for my mom with her little Esa pupper. They pool is not a great attraction but we go for the beach not tje pool. And Anthony the beach attendant is as great as the staff there. It's also not a long,long walk to the water like other condos where you worn out by the time you get to the water from the long walk. I just can't say enough great things about this place. It's my forever stay place!

Wonderful weekend

The property could use some updated patio furniture and lighting in the bedrooms. Updated cooking skillets. We loved the location and distance to the beach.
