Gulfgate 205 is a spacious 1 bed - 1 bath beach front condo on the second floor at Gulfgate Condominiums.
The condominiums at Gulfgate are among the most beach accessible in Panama City Beach! Located directly on the Gulf, you are literally steps from the sand! Enjoy a million dollar view of the beach and Gulf from the balcony. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of can see for miles down the beach in either direction!

Unit 205 features a new queen mattress in the master bedroom. For extra guests, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The modern spa like bathroom is generous in size with a beautiful custom tile shower! The kitchen is fully equipped with all NEW appliances; microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, blender, pots & pans, dinnerware, etc. and has a Keurig coffee make, as well as a 12 cup drip coffee maker. Also, there is a NEW! stackable washer and dryer inside in the condo.

All Gulfgate condominium units are Beach - Gulf front and offer a private patio or balcony with an unobstructed view of the Gulf. Sit on the balcony and enjoy your vacation in style. Located on the East end (quiet - family side) of Panama City Beach, just 2 miles to St. Andrew's State Park. Gulfgate is close to all that PCB has to offer; restaurants, ice cream, shopping, arcades, amusement parks, mini golf, pontoon and jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charters, golf and so much more! Peaceful quiet space on beach

We rented the chairs and umbrella (great service separate from the condo)Our unit had a musty smell. But it was relatively clean. The full size bed was kinda small for 2 adults. The location was great for smaller crowd on the beach even with a Holiday weekend. I wouldn’t stay in this exact unit next time because of the full size bed. Prefer a queen or King.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at GulfGate for over 25 years and this is definitely one of the nicer rooms. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. I thought the mattress was really uncomfortable but that was the only complaint I had! In terms of Gulf Gate overall we did have an issue one night where there were no parking spaces, and saw a lot of cars parked without parking passes, so be aware if you go out late. Would definitely stay again.

Great condo for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was awesome. The quick walk down to the beach several times a day was great. Everyone was courteous and respectful. We spent a lot of time on the balcony when not at the beach. Beach was never crowded and lots of families at condo. Parking was easy and prime location to a lot of restaurants and things to do. I only have three suggestions: (1) a more thorough cleaning of the floors. Our feet were black within minutes of being at the condo (2) cushions for the chairs on balcony, the seats are hard and not tolerable for very long (3) a new mattress. We could feel every spring and woke up sore each day. Other than those few things, the trip was perfect and we would definitely stay again!

Updated condo but HVAC too loud & parking not good

Parking was not good, too many cars with little parking. Room right above the pool area and noisy. Would I stay here again, no.

Some areas need to be fixed and it needed some deep cleaning on walls in kitchen and bathroom. The bed sucks and all thoes mirrors need to go. It could use a remodel. Also seen roaches in the kitchen area. Will get a different room next year!
