Exceptional clean and spacious 1400+ SqFt condo with large, covered balcony overlooking beach and pools. Condo has been recently updated with newer appliances, shaker white cabinets and quartz counters. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook. If you don't see what you need call us and we will get it asap. Newer mattresses and high thread count sheets. Newer comfortable living room furniture and 75" 4K Smart TV. Cable included. Easy to login into Amazon, Netflix, Hulu etc. Resort Amenities: tennis, pickle ball, shuffleboard, bocce ball, racket ball, work out room and more. All the equipment included. Large pool, jacuzzi and baby pool with decks facing the ocean. Affordable poolside restaurant with discount drink cups included in your room. This unit includes super comfy chaise lounges right on the beach. No need to get up to reserve a chair. You pick your chairs at the beginning of your stay, and they will be there for you the entire time. Beach towels, extra folding chairs, children beach toys, binoculars, board games, baby crib and more are provided in the room. And of course, a large front load washer and dryer so you can pack light and still have fresh clothes. Secure parking. We are striving to make this your best vacation ever and we will do everything possible to make that happen.

The condo itself was great. Very close to the beach and a great view. Well stocked with anything you need. Very comfortable beds, giant TV with many options. Beach supplies! 5 star for the condo and host! The only issues we had were nothing to do with the host because it wasn’t her fault, but I feel the need to share with others because I appreciate honest reviews.- first issue is this condo is in the middle and is set in several feet from the outer units on both sides, which does not allow good air flow during the hot time of the day. It can be uncomfortable on the balcony during this time. Also you don’t get the view up and down the beach, just straight ahead (which is still an awesome view) - 2nd issue we had was the construction work being done on the railings. They were replacing the balcony railings on several units and it was a constant noise throughout the day. I wish they would do these renovations during the winter months. Neither of these issues had anything to do with our host and we had a great stay!

This was truly a wonderful experience! Not only did we have perfect weather and water but the unit was fabulous!! Lots of amenities and very clean! This made for the best birthday trip! The host was amazing! I recommend this unit!

SUMMER VACA 2025

It was a perfect for our family, great location. Not too busy but still close enough to all the attractions. The condo had everything we needed. We arrived earlier than expected(before check-in time) and was able to have access to pool and beach access which was great. Check-in had dsome hiccups but the property mananger was quick in response and we got in. The parking app gave me fits at the beginning but finally got it figured out as well.

Perfect! I really don't think it gets much better!

I am extremely picky, my husband calls it spoiled and this condo was amazing! You can not get any closer to the elevator or the beach! Walk out the door and be in the water in less than 2 minutes. They have thought of absolutely everything, I mean EVERYTHING! digging shovel, fan, binoculars, zip lock bags, crushed pepper for pizza, everything!The ONLY thing I would suggest is, there is nothing in the master shower to put your soap and shampoo on. I would add a corner shelf or even a free standing shelf of some type. That is the ONLY thing I can even suggest to improve upon. There was a huge shark chasing a giant stingray right up at the beach!!!!! See photos! Stop looking and book this one NOW. This is our second time at this complex and I love it, it's small, so there's not many people crowding the beach and it comes with 2 beach chairs with an umbrella!!!

rainbow and beach chairs that are included with the condo but they will have cushions and umbrellas during the day

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. This was our 2nd year of staying here. We plan to stay here on our girls trip every year if we can get our dates before they are gone. We love everything about this place. It's super clean, huge balcony, beautiful view, fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, beach toys, board games. Just many many extras you don't fine other places.

Summer 2025

We came to PCB for a baseball tournament.We had an amazing stay at this two-bedroom luxury condo right on the beach in Panama City, Florida! The unit was fabulous! Since we were there for a baseball, it was super convenient having the washer and dryer in the unit.Two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large balcony with beautiful views. The air conditioning worked great (nice and cold!), and the ceiling fans were a nice bonus for extra comfort.The condo is on the sixth floor, conveniently located directly across from the main elevator. I had read reviews @ long elevator wait times, but we had zero issues. In fact, in addition to the two main elevators in the lobby, there were smaller elevators on each end of the building. We often used the one on the right side, which serviced floors one through six—it felt like our own private elevator. It was quick and super convenient.The beds were extremely comfortable—including the pullout couch! My son actually chose to sleep there and had a blast playing his Xbox on the huge TV once the rest of us had gone to bed.The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed and more!The only downside and this is a personal one, I injured myself prior to coming to PCB, I was in a wheelchair and I found the bathroom a little hard to manage. All in all, this condo was a perfect beach getaway—comfortable, convenient, and well-appointed. Highly recommend!

We loved 606. It was exactly as described but better! Balcony has an absolutely beautiful view of the sunset. Our two teenage grandkids enjoyed the heated swimming pool and how close it was to the beach. Even tho we didn’t really cook but maybe one time to make grilled cheese, noticed The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking including spices. We loved it

The Owner/host is the best I've ever experienced. Not only is the condo exactly as described and well maintained, but she went above and beyond to accommodate our requests multiple times. She even mailed the personal items we accidentally left behind in the condo!

Great condo, response host.

Great condo with a lot of personal extras. Host was always responsive. We had a problem with the door lock, but host fixed in minutes, thus no complaints. They may want to look at a different door lock, appears the current one eats battery life quick.

Lovely stay with beautiful ocean view

This property is a great vacation spot. The condo itself is spacious and has a great view. The building is located directly on the beach and has a nice pool and hot tub. The unit came well equipped with everything needed to enjoy our stay. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The owner of the unit provided superb communication during our stay. There is also a delicious coffee shop across the street which I really enjoyed. We had a wonderful vacation and would recommend this place.

AWESOME!!

We will be returning here, hopefully our dates will be open every year !! In 30+ years this home was the cleanest and also had more supplies than we have ever seen !! VERY VERY IMPRESSIVE!!

This end of Panama City Beach is a little more quiet than the busy hubbub a couple miles down the street. It’s in walking distance of the state park which we enjoy visiting from the beach.
