Summary:
This cozy, 2-bedroom condo near the town of Kimball Junction places you nearby many of Park City’s best outdoor spots. Just minutes from your front door you will find endless activities to enjoy with several hiking trailheads nearby and some of the city’s best ski resorts just a short drive away. After a busy day exploring recharge in this cozy space with comfortable bedrooms, a bright living area, an electric fireplace, and great shared amenities such as a pool and hot tub.

The Space:
As you enter the home you will first arrive in the living room, a clean and bright light-filled room creating a cozy environment for you to relax in. When you first arrive at the condo you will find a bench with cubby storage and a shoe rack near the door so you can comfortably unload your outdoor gear before settling into the space. The living room features a large sofa with includes a twin mattress-style trundle for when extra sleeping accommodations are needed. Warm up by the fire as you enjoy a movie on the mounted ONN smart TV. Completing the space are the glass patio sliding doors which not only fill the room with natural light but also lead out to the private balcony. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony where you will find two patio chairs so you can relax as you take in the views.

Tucked behind the living room is the dining area where you will find a wood table with seating for four underneath a box vault ceiling. The condo includes a few different board games and cards so once you have finished dinner you can turn the table into the game night area as you challenge the group to some friendly competition. Connected to the dining room is the kitchen making it convenient to stay connected to the group while you are preparing a meal. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to whip up a meal from stainless steel appliances, a full range of basic cookware, and even a crockpot and blender, you will enjoy preparing your delicious creations in this space! Connected to the end of the kitchen is a laundry nook where you will find a washer and dryer for guest use if needed.

When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find the condo’s two bedrooms just off of the dining area. Head to the bedroom on the left and you will arrive at the master bedroom, a cozy space that provides all the comforts needed for a restful stay including blackout curtains so you can be sure to get a good night's rest. In the room, you will find a king-size bed with a nice metal bedframe, two lights on either side of the bed, a large desk and office chair, and an ONN smart TV. A stylish sliding bar door opens to a large walk-in closet, through which you can access the private master bathroom. The master bathroom boasts a single-sink vanity, ample storage space for personal items, and a free-standing shower with a sliding glass door. On the opposite side of the hallway, you will find the second bedroom boasting two twin mattresses on a wooden bunk bed with a built-in ladder. A futon in the room provides additional sleeping space if needed. Guests will also find a large closet with plenty of space to store personal items. Both of the bedrooms feature plush carpeting for added comfort.

A second bathroom is located near the bunk room and features a large single-sink vanity with storage space, a large over-the-sink mirror, and a shower/bathtub combo.

Guests will also have access to the shared amenities; pool/hot tub, tennis courts, and clubhouse where a fitness center is located.

Guests will have access to the entire condo and private balcony, as well as the property's, shared amenities including a pool/hot tub, tennis court, fitness center and clubhouse.

Guests will also have access to one unassigned parking space out front of the complex.

The Neighborhood:
This cozy condo is located near the town of Kimball Junction placing you nearby beautiful outdoor areas, shopping and restaurants, and mere minutes from some of the best slopes in the area. Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Spring Creek Trailhead and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead just minutes away. With just a less than 10-minute drive you can be exploring the Utah Olympic Park, home to many event venues in the 2002 Salt Lake City Olympics. If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village 10 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort 20 minutes away, you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping in at the nearby outlet malls with Outlet Park City just a three-minute drive away and Redstone Center just under two miles away. It is also a quick fifteen-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.

Getting Around:
This home provides easy access to endless outdoor recreation activities with HWY 80 and Kimball Junction transit center minutes away. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 20 minutes from the home such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort. Less than five minutes from the front door is a city bus stop to the Kimball Junction Shuttle that stops every 20 minutes from 9 am to 10 pm and will take you to the Kimball Junction transit center from which you have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Make the 15-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Our home is near Interstate 80, and there might be potential highway noise.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Perfect location for WoodWard Summer Camp

This place was in the perfect location to get to/from Woodward Camp, and then shop and explore the greater Park City area! We enjoyed the second floor condo where inside everything felt fresh and clean, with mature trees for shade and privacy, in addition to a lovely condo complex with a paved walking trail at the far end of the property. We hope it's available to rent next year

Great location

The condo is perfect, great sleeping arrangements, kitchen essentials, laundry, and living space. Great location to shopping and restaurants and to skiing. Easy access into the highway also.
