One block from Redstone's main street for dining, bars, and movie theater, this beautifully decorated Fox Point condo is perfect for snow sport enthusiasts and relaxing vacationers alike. The condo was renovated July 2016 and again in 2019. The kitchen is fully stocked for a chef and has a gas range/oven. New carpet and flooring. There are large ROKU smart TVs (50" & 32") in the bedrooms, a 58" LED ROKU smart TV in main room. Wi-Fi is secure, fast and free. Enjoy your company in the open floor plan while cooking, dining or watching TV in front of the gas fireplace. The south west exposure provides amazing sunsets and plenty of natural light from the 8 oversized windows with the privacy of being on the second floor. There are wood slat shutters on all the windows and blackout curtains in the master bedroom for a great night's sleep. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, a large dual sink ensuite master bathroom with a jetted tub and a separate shower stall. The second bedroom has two Twin XL beds (Twin XL is king size length) that are comfortable for adults and children alike. A leather sofa and two reclining chairs create a great place to put your feet up in front of the gas fireplace after a day’s adventures. The private one car garage has racks for six pairs of skis and six snowboards. Boot / glove dryers (4 pair) inside the garage entryway and an abundance of hooks to dry snow clothes without cluttering your vacation space. A full size top load washer and dryer are provided also inside the garage entryway. Redstone and Newpark Town Center are a retail, residential and commercial development that offers a wide variety of dining from fine dining, to pubs and fast food. Boutique shops compete alongside national retailers while music plays from the outdoor speakers on the Redstone main street. There is Whole Foods, Smiths grocery store, and multiple spas and nail salons. Fitness options in addition to the great outdoors are spin studios, Barre, and more than one gym. Redstone (redstonecenterpc dot com/) along with Newpark Town Center (newparktowncenter dot com) offer as much to do as many small US cities and it is all within walking distances or a short drive from this property. For even more shopping, across from Redstone there is a Tanger Outlet (tangeroutlet dot com/parkcity) and a Walmart. You will find your stay at this property the perfect location to enjoy all that is Park City, from the largest ski resort in the USA at Park City-Canyons, the Sundance Film Festival, a full offering of outdoor activity for every season, and a full spectrum of dining and shopping. Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton ski areas less than a 40 minute drive for variety seekers. Just 23 miles from the Salt Lake City airport a Park City mountain vacation or escape is easy. This is our home too. We live here for the months of February, March and April in addition to summertime visits. You can be assured the place is clean, cared for and well appointed. This is a vacation rental but could just as easily be a primary residence as is true for many of the young families living in the neighborhood. We had a fantastic four-month stay in Kimball Junction. The location was ideal, with easy access to Basin Recreation, and we loved being within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The big garage had plenty of room for our bikes, and the grill was fantastic. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the porch to take in the dry summer breezes. Communication with the host was excellent, and we had no issues during our stay. Highly recommend!
Great base to explore Park City and the environs. The condo has absolutely all the comforts of hone and everything you can possibly need. It’s perfect for a family or a couple. We had grandkids in and out and everyone was happy. The location couldn’t be better. It’s quiet, sunny, near great restaurants and groceries and Starbucks. We were sad to leave.
Stayed here for the month of June. The weather was great! Coming from the southwest, it was wonderful to have some rain and clouds. The condo is in a perfect location…lots to do in terms of hiking, biking, golf, or just hanging out. Richard is a perfect host- very responsive - and his place has everything you would have in your own home! ❤️❤️😃😃
Everything about this property was perfect for my family of 4. Beds were comfortable, communication with the owner was fast and available, and was walking distance to everything you needed in the Redstone center. I also have a full size 4 door Chevy with a 3 inch lift that fit into the garage, so no need to fight for parking on the street. 10 minutes from Canyons Village ski lift and 15 minutes to Park City Ski lifts. We will definitely be coming back.
Richard's place is a beautiful condo in a very convenient location of Park City! There were many restaurants within a walkable distance and grocery stores a very short drive away. Richard was kind to give us reviews of several restaurants which we willingly tried and loved! He also suggested some sightseeing options like Guardsman Pass, which is only open in the summer and early fall, and Snowbird Mountain. They made for beautiful drives while we were there. Richard's place had an extremely comfortable king size bed in the primary room. In fact, we asked him what brand it is because we want to buy one for our own home! His place had all the consumables that were needed like TP, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, soap and spices and oils that we might have needed for cooking. Richard responded immediately to questions that we had. We plan to stay at his place the next time we come to Park City which we hope is within the next year! If you're looking for that perfect place stay for your vacation, definitely select Richard's condo! :)

Cleanest condo I’ve ever been in.
This was, by far, the neatest, cleanest, most well-organized condo I’ve ever been in. Everything was wonderful, and very comfortable. The only drawback was the master shower is quite small. And while the smell of bleach from the shower made me know it was clean, it was also overwhelming. I would suggest moving to a plant-based cleaner. But the master bath does have a separate tub, that was very nice. It was not a problem for us, as my husband, who is a tall and broad-shouldered man, just used the tub/shower in the guest bath instead. The location was so convenient, as we could walk to almost anything we needed. And having the garage was a very nice perk. Overall, I would consider this rental excellent! In fact, it was perfectly set up for skiers, so we’re considering renting the same unit next winter. Oh, and the rental company texted us as soon as we got there to see if we needed anything. Thank you for everything. We really enjoyed our stay.
My husband and daughter and I decided to do a last minute trip to PC to do some skiing! Location of this condo is wonderful. Walking distance to shopping and grocery store (Smith’s). Whole Foods is just across the street. Park City Mountain and Canyons is just a short drive. Condo was perfect. We loved being able to park in the garage and the ski boot and glove warmer was a big hit. We enjoyed staying in your home.
The property conveniently located at Kimball Junction. It is about 6 miles to PC and 3 miles to Canyon Village. The property itself is well kept and has everything we need for a five nights stay. Richard is very quick in response. We had a great stay!
This unit is a gem! Great views of Olympic Park, tons of light, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with quality utensils. Plenty of hooks to keep gear organized and BONUS boot dryers...and don't underestimate the value of having a water softener and water filter in the unit. The Kimball Junction location is perfect with easy access (via free bus even!) to ski area, grocery and Starbucks. Thank you Richard...we'll be back!
We cannot say enough great things about this place! It has been a while since my husband and I had a vacation so it was super important that we find the perfect place to stay - and this condo was it!!! The host was fantastic to communicate with, he made sure our checkin process went smoothly and responded quickly when we had questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the area.
The condo itself was SO well provided with everything you could possibly need or imagine. The beds were very comfy, the decor was cozy and modern, and LOCATION WAS AMAZING!! Shops and restaurants a block away. Walmart, Bank and Outlets across the main town center. Did I say the location was amazing?!? It was PERFECT! Quiet neighborhood, the garage was a HUGE bonus to keep our vehicle out of the snow, and the fireplace was awesome! Above all, IT WAS SOOOOOOO CLEAN and well organized!!! The attention to detail sets this place apart from any other VRBO experience we’ve had so far. We HIGHLY recommend this unit!!! We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Park City.

What makes this property unique
You will be amazed at the quiet of this unit and how close Redstone main street is to the unit. This is a vacation rental but could just as easily be a primary residence as is true for many of the young families living in the neighborhood. You can see the nearest restaurant from the front deck and there are multiple other restaurants next door to the one you can see. An movie theater can help ease any weather or tired legs. There is a Smiths grocery store in the development and more than one spa and nail salon. Beyond all the outdoors activities there are multiple fitness facilities, spin rooms and Barre facilities. Topping it all off is that Salt Lake City and Airport are less than a 30 minute drive. Access, luxury, relaxation, and plenty to do. You will love this location for your getaway!
