Wailea Grand Champions #135 is a 1 bedroom 2 bath unit in a lovely complex - brand new to the rental market with a fantastic introductory rate! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout. The washer and dryer are conveniently housed in the lanai closet as a space-saving measure. The bedroom of Grand Champions #135 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower with a bench. The convenient second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to provide a separate sleeping space for the second guest. There is a television and a/c in both the living room and bedroom, along with free WIFI. This property has a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The nearby Ulua and Mokapu Beaches are a quick drive down the hill from the Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. The complex is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. In addition the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions consists of 188 units in 20 two- and three-story buildings. Each unit offers a lanai with garden views.

Fantastic Vacation

This place was the perfect spot for our Maui stay. It’s a beautiful space in a great location. Short walk to excellent restaurants and the beach. Short drive to excellent snorkeling. Loved it.

Great Location

Fabulous location and perfect for our needs. We loved the well-stocked kitchen. The bed was comfortable and master shower was tiles which I loved. Hope to be back nezt year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location, and offers a lot of value for that location. It was spacious and clean. My only complaint is that it uses two box units for air conditioning (1 in bedroom, 1 in living room), and both units are quite noisy. Would highly recommend ear plugs if you do stay here! Rentals Maui was very easy to work with, and they helped me modify my reservation when I needed to stay an additional night. Overall a great place for a great price!

Excellent place to stay. Great location, well maintained property. Extremely clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Starter supplies were helpful and very much appreciated. Furniture and beds comfortable. Walking distance to Grand Wailea for conference. Would definitely stay there again.

The area is very nice, situated on a golf course. It is not a very walkable area, but you can walk the main road to a shopping mall though. It is a bit of a walk to the pool area, and our parking stall was somewhat far from our condo. We usually hovered in front and unloaded our things and then one person went to park the car. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was pricey. We stayed the second half of our trip in Kaanapali and paid about $150 less per night. I talked to some ladies who booked through Costco and they felt it was an ok deal. Its a fairly short drive to many beautiful beaches, calm water in fall/ winter season and good snorkeling.

Really comfortable stay and great value

This is a wonderful condo situated in a great community. We found it to be a comfortable walking distance to nearby activities while being a cost-effective alternative to staying right on the water. The condo itself has extremely comfortable funishings, with a really great bed, nice couches for lounging, and even a work/desk area. Though there's no distance view from the balcony, it is very private. There were good linens, and the kitchen is well-stocked with basic seasonings and even a water purifier pitcher. The listing was exactly as adervtised, and we would happily stay again.

Grand Champions condo

Generally good. Screen to Lani needs replacing and doesn't slide well. Drapes in bedroom fell while we were there. Handyman did what he could but was not allowed to fix them properly. Parking spot is quite a distance from the unit.
