This is Wailea Living!

Nestled in a private and secluded enclave between the Wailea Blue Course and the Wailea Tennis Club, the Wailea Grand Champions Villas are where travelers can golf, play tennis, be pampered at the Wailea Grand Spa, whale watch or turtle spot, or soak up the sun, snorkel, stand up paddle-board or body surf at over a dozen of South Maui's finest gold-sand beaches.

Our ground-floor, single level (no stairs inside), fully renovated 2-bedroom villa consists of a king sized master suite with walk-in closet, and a guest suite with two twin beds. Each bedroom has an attached en-suite and each living space has it's own Freidrich air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep cool (although, with windows and doors open, Maui's trade winds provide a more fragrant and desirable natural cooling).

Our kitchen is fully stocked for those who enjoy dining in and we've equipped the kitchen with many of the household luxuries you'd find at home!

Our lanai is private, secluded and right next to nature. You can be serenaded by songbirds, enjoy a coffee or glass of wine without golfers or pedestrians strolling by, and take in the changing sky as the sun drops below the horizon.

Maui time

Stayed for 3 nights the day we landed there was a tsunami alert and the homeowner was in constant contact making proper recommendations for our safety I would and will stay here everytime ,very clean and comfortable the oools are excellent and it’s close to a lot of stores thank you for making our stay that much better,

this was an amazing property - clean, comfortable, had everything we needed (LOVED the beach chairs and umbrella!) and communication with the host was incredible. The location is ideal - short walk to shops and restaurants and easy drive to beaches. Highly recommend!

The condo was great! We had a great stay. The host was very responsive and check in was super simple. Appreciate that the 2nd bedroom had 2 twin beds, that was perfect for us. Such a nice condo and the location is great. Would stay here again if we came back to Maui.

We owned, operated and managed a bustling 1-bedroom South Maui property for over a decade before purchasing our 2-bedroom Wailea Grand Champions Villa. There we maintained a 90+% occupancy rate, received 63 5-star reviews and were honored with VRBO's prestigious Premier Partner designation. We have nearly 35 years of Maui travel experience and decades of providing our guests with a well-stocked, beautifully appointed condo along with superior owner-managed service.

When you think of Maui, you think Wailea. The low density Grand Champions Villas are secluded, but not isolated. You can walk to the Shops at Wailea for a morning coffee, have a quick game at the Wailea Tennis Club, walk or jog along the scenic and aromatic Wailea Alanui Drive, and are a short drive to the prestigious Blue, Gold or Emerald golf courses, and over a dozen of south Maui's finest beaches.

Our unit is open, bright, and spacious, and the lanai, private and next to nature. The complex offers beautiful gounds, 2 pools, 2 jacuzzi hot tubs, and gourmet stainless steel BBQ's.
