Perfect House for Us

I was in town for a quick vacation with three teenagers and this house was perfect for us. Host was a great communicator, snacks and waters in the fridge were so welcome after flying into town. Would definitely book again.

Our stay

House was as advertised. It was cleaned up really nice and ready for guests. Our host even left us some good snacks and wrote a welcome note! Communication with our host, Kyasha, was amazing. She responded to any questions right away so thank you to her!

Affordable alternative for spring training accommodations

Routine spring training follower and you can’t beat the price point, cleanliness, and proximity to venues. Slight issue that was handled immediately. Very happy with rental.

Nice place close to surrounding activities

We enjoyed our stay here. Check in and communication was easy and helpful. We were close to events we were going to in Tampa which was nice. House was clean with treats left for us and plenty of room for the 6 of us to enjoy!

Great Stay and Accommodations

Our 2 night stay was great. The booking process, checkin, and everything in between were seamless. The house had everything we would need and more. We were pleasantly surprised to find a basket full of snacks and chips. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms were a nice touch too. The house was clean and we felt very comfortable there. 10/10!

Amazing Experience

Host was very responsive to questions, the place was clean and very well decorated and put together. full of towels, toiletries, and even had little snacks for us! makeup wipes were included because the host knew it was a girl’s trip. Even had a balloon up for my birthday! Everything was close by so ybering anywhere was very cheap. This was an amazing experience and we would book again.

2026 Spring Training guys trip

The property was very nice. The pictures are exactly what you get. Very clean and newer looking and they also left a personalized message when you check in. In my opinion whoever maintains the property went above and beyond, the automatic ice dispenser on the refrigerator was broken so they provided a couple bags of ice. The neighborhood was quiet. The weather when we went was beautiful spend every morning sitting outside for a little bit before getting our day started on the chairs and tables they have set up.

Refreshing Time!

We all had such a great time. From start to finish Kyasha was professional, kindness, communicative, and very prompt to attend to our needs. Our stay was filled with joy, strength, and hope. I own a cleaning company and have to say that this place was nice and clean!! We are so grateful and plan on coming back again! Thank you Kyasha and may our Good Lord continue to bless you abundantly!

Best host!

Kyasha is such a great host, super responsive and attentive! I appreciate the effort she made to make us as comfortable as possible while we stayed. The home is gorgeous and decorated so attractively. She even had little snacks and a thank you card for us on arrival. Definitely a 10 out of 10. Most definitely staying again my next visit. Super cute and convenient!

The home was amazing! It was super convenient to all the restaurants and shops around downtown Tampa. When we arrived it was super easy and seamless to check in with an access code. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, silverware, appliances and anything else you’d need to cook! The bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash! We were so glad to rent this place, it really made our trip! Thank you again!!

This house has a great location. Updated appliances and comfy beds. It was close to where we needed to be and was clean and the snacks were a nice touch.

Nicely Decorated, Almost Perfect

My friends and I had a great stay at this property! The decor was very modern and attractive. The bathrooms were nicely renovated and fully stocked. The kitchen was also stocked with tea, water, coffee, and a few snacks which was very helpful. The living room is very spacious and the beds were very comfortable as well. The landscaping in the front could use a touch up and the house was slightly dusty. But we did a quick wipe/sweep around and it was completely fine afterwards. Despite the few things here and there that could have been improved, this property worked very well for our occasion! Host was also very kind!
