Welcome home to 102 Amelia by the Sea! This beautiful 2 Bed 2 Bath condo is located in a gated complex, which is the only one on the island that has a private 780 ft fishing pier. No permit is needed to fish off the pier as long as you are staying here.  This fabulous first floor property gives you the ease of access needed to have the perfect vacation. You will walk right out of your back door into the entrance of our Olympic size pool. You are steps from the gated beach access and steps from community BBQ grills. If that doesn't entice you enough, there are also tennis courts for your use. 

The property hosts a king bed in the beautiful oceanside master bedroom. The master has a nicely appointed ensuite bathroom. The guest room houses 2 full size beds and there is a full bathroom in the hall next door.  There is a full-size washer and dryer in the condo to make your chores easier.  

Whether you stay for a weekend or a month - 102 Amelia by the Sea is sure to be your perfect island getaway!

Great location, near the beach, pier, restaurants. Enjoyed the porch where watched the ocean playing backgammon even when it occasionally rained. Contact person was nice and easily available. Clean with a comfortable bed.Would go back in a second. Thanks

Amelia Island Weekend Getaway

This property was amazing! It was very clean and comfortable, and had all the basics we needed. First floor is the way to go with this property. The view was beautiful and the easy access to amenities (pool and beach) made our stay that much more enjoyable. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. This was our first trip to the island, but we'll be back!

Great condo!

The location of this unit is wonderful. There’s a grass area just outside this ground floor unit the kids enjoyed. It’s very close to the pool and beach access. The inside has very comfortable furniture and beds. I’d stay here again.

Great get-away

This condo was exceptional…everything you need is already there…from kitchen needs to beach needs…plenty of umbrellas & beach chairs to use…great first floor condo… pool & beach access right off the patio…I would definitely stay here again!

The property complex boasts a ton of amenities without the cost. Tennis courts, a pool, community grills, and a private fishing pier. You can't get that any where else on the island.
