Enjoy restful, first-floor sea dune views from this oceanfront condo in the Beach Walker complex, the ideal island getaway. Beautifully decorated and recently updated, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on the Amelia Island Omni grounds offers a bright and airy retreat with an open floor plan perfect for making lasting memories. The quaint kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, and the condo features vaulted ceilings and spacious bedrooms, each with balcony access for relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. You're just steps away from the Beach Walker community pool and the ocean, with one designated parking spot and additional open parking for guests.

The Beach Walker complex is a highly sought-after area on the Omni grounds, and this villa is located in the prime buildings with the best views and closest beach access. Guests can enjoy the newly renovated Beach Walker complex pool, a short walk away, featuring a large deck, covered gazebos, bathrooms, and a community grilling area. While staying in this property you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, visit the miniature golf course just down the road, or enjoy a game of golf on one of the Resort's famous luxury golf courses! The Omni Amelia Island Resort has more than just an array of amenities, it is its own small community within the most beautiful and secluded region on the entire island. The Resort encompasses the southern tip of the island and offers 24-hour security with private gate access only. The Beach Walker pool is also conveniently located between the beach and the condominium and is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back in from a day at the beach. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT WE DO NOT OFFER AN OMNI AMENITY CARD. No golf packages are included. Guests do have access to the resort's restaurants, shops, parks, trails and spa.

Pets under 50 lbs are welcome, with the stipulation that no aggressive breeds are allowed and pets must be crated when guests are away from the rental.

RVs, trailers, and boats are not allowed within the security gate. Please inquire for further details.

Beautiful condo. Clean and has everything you would need or want on vacation. Great location! Steps from the beach and walking trails all throughout the plantation. 20 min drive to downtown for more shops and restaurants.

Great condo, great location

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, with the beach and walking trails nearby and lots of other attractions within easy driving distance. The contemporary decor was great, and arrival and check-in couldn’t have been easier.

Ok for quick getaway

Great location and right on the beach. Beautiful property and lots of walking trails. Pool and kids playground not too far. Waterfront property but not ocean view. Lots of wear and tear on the condo and could use some pest control. Looks better in the pictures than in person.

wedding week

We rented the place for the week of our daughter’s wedding and it was perfect. It was so nice to have a clean quiet place to relax after running errands and going to events. No matter where we were going it was no more than a 15-20 minute drive. We would love to return for a time to enjoy the parks and local restaurants.

Spacious condo near beach

Great 2 bedroom condo with everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach. Comfortable beds. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. Would definitely book again!

Great property close to the beach

Very nice condo on Amelia Island. Walkway directly to the beach to view beautiful sunrises. Property was quiet and the management was responsive. I would recommend having a car because taxis in this area are expensive and ride shares are scarce.

Great location and comfortable unit

We had a wonderful time at this condo for a long weekend. It is an easy walk from the back of the building right onto the wooden path which led to the beach. Our dog enjoyed running around on the deserted beach every morning. We did not use the kitchen much, but it looked to be well stocked

Wonderful space

Our group of 5 victim advocates from our office in Middle Georgia came for a weekend getaway and this condo was perfect! We had a wonderful stay and everything was so clean and comfortable. You may see some gnats in the kitchen but that is to be expected in Florida in summer! The instructions were clear and the AIV team were very helpful. The beach of course is beautiful and it was a wonferful space to relax all together at night and cool off. I would recommend to other groups or a small family! Im keeping this place in mind for future visits.

location great! The condo was as described, except for balcony pictures

We enjoyed easy walk over to pool and beach. The condo was comfortable and clean. The chairs /towels etc provided were great. The photos of balcony were deceiving as I expected a balcony off each bedroom but there was only one off the guest bedroom, instead of the master. The pool key didn't work for residents there for two days so had to ask people to let us in. Otherwise the location was nice and the property where located was beautiful.

This was our second year to stay at this condo. I would suggest anyone using the second bedroom take a fan if you can. There is no ceiling fan and the room is very stuffy at night with the door closed. It is a beautiful and clean condo otherwise …

Beautiful condo

We loved our stay here. The condo had much more than we even expected. It was the perfect size...they even had coffee on hand. Great location although the buildings and architecture make it a bit had to find your place and your parking space. Overall, great experience and highly recommend.
