Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located pool retreat. Located minutes to area beaches, artsy downtown Gulfport and a short 6 mile bike ride to St Petes Central District! 3 br/2ba home where you can relax, work, take a dip in the pool and enjoy dinner at at the large dining room farm table.
The space
This house offers 8 rooms; living room, kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. When you arrive there is plenty of parking in front of the house as well as an additional space in the alley.

Entry to the house is through a front screened in porch via keypad entry code. The living room is the first room as you enter the front door, with open concept to the kitchen and dining room. Bar stools at the nautical inspired counter top provide a place for eating or social gathering. The dining room farm table features seating for six.

Leaving the dining room to the left you find access to the pool, bar, grill, and outdoor dining. The second door leads into the garage where the washer/dryer are located.

Off the living room is a hallway to the bedrooms and baths. The first room on the left you'll find a full sized bed, along with a computer desk and chair. Across from the first bedroom in the main full bathroom.

At the end of the hall you'll find the second bedroom on the left and the master on the right. The second bedroom has two twin sized beds. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, sliding glass door to the pool deck, walk in closet which leads to the master bath, which also has access to the pool deck

Guests have full access to the house, with the exception of an owners closet off the master bedroom.
