Just completely renovated with fresh paint, new LVT flooring in bedrooms, gorgeous lighting, cozy shiplap, a barn door at the bunk area to provide privacy. Also, new furniture inside (including beds and mattresses) and high boy adirondack chairs on the balcony. Ample and covered parking or the airport is only 15 mins away with Ubers plentiful. Walk to Pier Park where You will find wonderful dining, shopping, and entertainment for all ages. Frank Brown Park is also within a mile complete with playgrounds, tennis, and open play PICKLE BALL . The Parks host several summer festivals & music concerts including the Gulf Coast Jam.
Enjoy the most gorgeous views and sunsets from Our huge 9th Floor Balcony. Have a cocktail and snack from the pool side wine bar or relax around the heated infinity pool, hot tub or fire pit. Two beach chairs and an umbrella are included in Your stay thru October.
