We were surprised to hear about the hot-water issue, as this is the first report we have received of this problem, and we wish we had known about it during your stay so we could have addressed it immediately. The home is served by a deep, professionally filtered well with excellent pressure. With a home of this size, it is possible that unusually heavy simultaneous water usage—such as multiple showers along with appliances—could temporarily affect the system, but we will certainly have everything checked to ensure it is operating properly. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the mattresses. They are only two years old and in very good condition, although we understand that mattress firmness and comfort can be very subjective from one guest to another. Thank you for choosing our cabin. The indoor pool is heated to 84*. That is the best temperature for the indoor pool room to stay regulated and prevent mold and mildew from forming inside.
