Our 2 townhomes offer many sleeping options w/ 7 private bedrooms, 5 full baths, 2 half baths, 2 rooftops, a game room & only 1.5 miles to Broadway. We are also under a mile from the Gulch& all of the murals in one of our local neighborhoods of 12th South.

Rooftops- You enter the beautiful rooftop space as you come up the stairs from the 3rd level. This space is large and features PLENTY of seating! Perfect space for hanging out and enjoying a drink with friends/family! There are plenty of games such as bowling, cornhole, can toss, dice, and more for your use!

The Content Creation Hub: Why go out for photos when you live in a studio? The first floor features a custom pink phone booth and a massive full-wall glam mirror—the absolute perfect backdrop for your entire group`s `getting ready` montage before hitting Broadway.

The Skyline Sky Deck: Catch golden-hour views of the Nashville skyline from your private third-floor rooftop deck. It’s a breezy, beautiful space designed for sunset cocktails and deep late-night conversations.

The Slumber & Play Room: The entire first level is dedicated to fun. A private pool table sits alongside three built-in twin bunks, capturing that nostalgic, late-night slumber party magic.

Main Floor (Entry Level): A private retreat with a bedroom featuring Queen-size bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. You`ll also find a speakeasy-style game room with a pullout couch—great for late-night hangs!

Second Floor: The heart of the home! This open-concept space features a chef’s kitchen, a dining area, and an oversized living room with plenty of room for your whole crew to relax, cook, or plan your night out.

Third Floor:

Bedroom 2: Features a King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Features a King bed with a full bath right in the hallway for easy access.

Rooftop Level: The ultimate entertainment space with a grill, outdoor TV, cornhole, and comfy seating for everyone. ☀️

There is a parking lot in the back of these units that has about 15 spots and there is plenty of street parking!

You will have access to the entire townhomes. We offer keyless entry for easy check in and access.

We are local and are here to assist at any time, but we will not be at the property unless something is needed.

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
