Great place to stay in Nashville - would highly recommend for a larger group - had 10 total and no problems at all with space and accommodations. Easy check in and checkout - super clean. Great location with a quick uber to Broadway and walkable to morning coffee shops etc.

This house was amazing! The host was super friendly, very available easy to work with. The home is in a beautiful part of downtown Nashville within walking distance to lots of fun things, but also still has a quiet neighborhood feel. It was clean, up to date, comfortable, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Would definitely stay here again if in town.

We had a great time in Nashville & staying at the 5-Star Music Row house. Rob was very helpful with our questions and responded quickly! The house had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. The house was very nice. We enjoyed sitting outside having our morning coffee. Everything is a short Uber ride away great restaurants and great entertainment. We would definitely stay there again!

Everything about our stay was perfect! We had great communication with our host. The house was beautiful and perfect for 5 couples. The location was perfect and within walking distance for almost everything that we did. We loved our trip to Nashville and would definitely stay here again if we come back!

This was a fabulous place to stay for a family wedding in Nashville. It was close to events in town while still being a quiet, lovely neighborhood for the downtimes in between. We had a wide age-range, but the spacious floorplan and bedroom made it very comfortable for all! Most of all, we appreciated the owner's personal communication that made us feel so welcome. Rob made everything so easy! HIGHLY recommend this terrific place!

It's a beautiful property with five bedrooms that worked great for two families to enjoy Nashville. The unit was clean, well equipped and the host second to none. The best host I have ever come across. Next time in Nashville we would stay at the same property.

I was born and raised on a farm and ranch in central Montana and ended up inventing a board game based on word-association-with-lyrics called, Spontuneous. Now I live in Nashville, and have built many relationships in the country music industry.

I'm a big believer in quality and manage my properties myself so you'll be communicating directly with me, not some third party corporation. My properties are centrally located and walkable to nearly everything in the downtown area.

I'm also very personable, love to meet my guests and am always available to provide recommendations. I tend to know the local spots to go to experience real Nashville, not just the tourist traps on Broadway. Happy to provide lots of tips to make your stay at my property an excellent experience!
