Welcome to this affordable and comfortable 2 Bedroom 1 bath with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay. This is one side of a duplex. Both sides are rented as an Airbnb. It's located on the west side of Longview, still close enough to get around to all your favorite spots quickly.

You are only:

- 4 minutes from Chick Fil-A

- 6 minutes from Walmart

- 10 minutes from Downtown Longview

- 15 Minutes from Target

Host answers inquiries quickly. The duplex was clean, though sparsely appointed. No extra blankets, no shower gel, no hand soap in the bathroom. The refrigerator was empty, etc. The neighborhood is rundown. No curtains in the front bedroom cause headlights from the cars to shine in the room all night.

Great stay, cozy and comfortable

For the price the property was nice, i was able to cook and stay for 12 days comfortably. I would be out and about from 7am to 5pm so I wasn't there alot. However, it was a great place to stay

Upon our arrival, we were immediately met with a foul odor within the home. (It smelled as if a deceased rodent was somewhere within the unit.) Upon further inspection we found a sock in the top of the bedroom closet, contaminated/used personal care items such as mouth wash, Hydrogen peroxide, fish oil supplements, medical tape, 3 different shampoos/body washes, toilet paper & flushable hygiene wipes all in several different locations. In the kitchen, we found rodent feces within multiple cabinets and drawers (that contained the cookware and utensils) as well as a filthy pan in the bottom oven drawer, which was also dirty and covered in dust a debris. Throughout the entire unit, it was clear that the floors hadn’t been swept or mopped, as there was hair and debris present on the floors in every room. The couch was discolored and had crumbs all over it. At that point, we decided it was a major health concern to stay in the home, especially with our 3 year old child, mostly because the risk of illness or disease from mouse droppings! We were inside of the unit for roughly 30-45 minutes inspecting the home and taking pictures before we vacated the premises. At which time we contacted the owner of the home, VBRO, and PMI Tyler. PMI Tyler suggested we stay in the home for 24 hours before they sent a cleaning service the next day (absolutely unacceptable! ) At that point, we simply requested a refund. They said we would get a half refund but only gave us 490 when we paid 1,168.25
The sock they had no problem with because it was probably “clean”
The opened/contaminated items they have no problem with because they’re “over half full”
Disgusting bathroom floor.
More used/contaminated person items.
