The condo is located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-In-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. Pool, hot tub, grill, and fitness center are all located on the property. The pool and hot tub are open seasonally. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

Immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Lake Erie as you gaze out through the windows or you step out onto the balcony. You will witness the gentle ripples of the lake, the distant sailboats dotting the waters, Cedar Point Amusement Park, and The Jackson Street Pier. Whether you are sipping morning coffee or watching the sun's warm embrace casts a golden glow across the lake's surface the balcony becomes perfect for moments of reflection and relaxation.

You will embrace the warm, rustic ambiance of our waterfront condo while enjoying jay-dropping views. Unwind in the entertainer's paradise featuring shuffle board, a jukebox, video games, and a home theater. Kids will be thrilled with the Mario Room as they adventure into the magical Mushroom Kingdom and take on the challenge of saving the entire universe. The Mario Room will captivate young hearts as they will have their own dedicated play area in the condo.

Nestled in the heart of downtown Sandusky you will enjoy the convenience of being able to walk to restaurants, bars, entertainment, parks, ferry's to go to Put N Bay, Kelley's Island, and Cedar Point. Luxuriate in the hot tub, pool, grill and fitness center for an unforgettable stay.

You will enjoy the rustic themed condo that is thoughtfully decorated and designed. The main level of the condo has a master bedroom suite with a king bed. The master bathroom is conveniently connected to the master bedroom. The full bathroom is very spacious with a tub/shower combo and double sinks. The main level of the condo has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dining and living room. There is a second full bathroom on the main level with a shower. There is an 8 foot shuffle table, jukebox, and motorcycle bar on the main level of the condo.

In the two-level condo there is a spiral staircase that takes you to the loft area. The second bedroom is located in the loft area and it is an open shared space. There is a queen bed, a full size bed and 2 twin beds in the loft area. A full bathroom is also located on the second floor with a shower. There is a projector to watch movies on in the loft. There is a video game, board games, and card games for the kids to play in the loft.

In the back of the loft is the Mario themed kids bedroom. This room is a kids room ONLY. The Mario room is NOT recommended for adults as the ceilings are 5 feet ceilings that are slanted and it will not be comfortable for adults. The Mario room has 2 twin beds in it with a Nintendo Switch and LED lights that light up the room. The Mario room is a great escape for the kids.

There are 3 TV's with Roku streaming device located throughout the condo in the living room, master bedroom, and in the kids Mario room. There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo.

** The second bedroom is in the loft area and it is an open shared space. It is not a private bedroom.

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 10 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. The condo is equipped with a Minut noise monitor. This device does not record or store any personal data. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions.
