About this property

Downtown Condo - Near Gondola

Four level, four bedroom, and 4.5 bath condo located in the heart of Telluride. A five minute walk to the Gondola or Main Street for shopping and dinning. The home has a glass elevator to take you to your desired floor, or take the open stairs.
The second level takes you to and expansive living , dinning, kitchen area where a northern balcony welcomes friends and family for appetizers and cocktails. The kitchen has just about everything you or your chef would want to prepare a meal. There is a powder room just off the kitchen. The fourth floor host the master suite, washer / dryer, office space, and access to your private north facing balcony with a hot tub for relaxation. Stroll back to your bedroom where high ceilings meet ski resort views off your south facing balcony. The bathroom has a generous amount of space with a steam shower and soaking tub. The master bedroom also has air conditioning.
The ensuite bedroom bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with steam shower. The lower level has two bedrooms with generous ceiling height with an ensuite bedroom and bunk room. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms.
All bedrooms have smart tv's with their own apple tv's. The whole house has Sonos speakers and wifi. Off the kitchen there is a an outdoor gas grill.
Our property manager Erica will help assist you with any local dining reservations or booking excursions. If you are traveling for a special occasion, let her know, so she can help make your time even more special.

Perfect for our ski getaway with 8 adults. The condo has high end finishes and wonderful amenities - hot tub, fire pit and an electric cart that can be used to get to and from the gondola. The location can't be beat with a 5 minute walk to town and the gondola. Erica, the house manager, was incredibly helpful and very easy to reach. We plan to return.

We were in Telluride for our film premiere at this year's Festival and staying at this gorgeous condo was perfect! The location is ideal and it has all the amenities that make for a wonderful stay. Erica, the manager, is delightful and always on hand to take care of questions and needs. Matt and Amber are wonderful hosts who check in just the right amount to make sure all is well. Our entire group would come back again!

Best place for skiing and enjoying town

The hosts were incredibly helpful and kind. Check in and out were both super easy. The location couldn't be better. Couple minute walk to gondola to ski as well as the ability to walk to restaurants and bars in town. Will be booking again!

This condo has all of the luxury amenities you could want and then some. Nice quiet location, nearby street parking for extra vehicles, and a great concierge service that was unexpected. Thanks for the great stay!

Spectacular home!!!

Went to celebrate my husband’s bday at this rental. We could NOT have asked for anything more. Home was beautiful and well taken care of. Location is great. Very nice home!

The townhome was perfect for the 3 couples we had. There is also a 4th room with 2 twins. The steam showers were really nice after a long day skiing. It’s a short walk to the gondola. I used the nespresso every morning! The parking took a bit to understand, but once the property manager helped me, it was not an issue. Overall would stay again for a ski trip!

Just Wow!

The house is absolutely amazing. All of the finishes are beautiful. There’s tons of space. The hot tub, steam showers, multiple laundries, Sonos speakers throughout, and of course the glass elevator made it a truly luxury experience. The location is perfect: five minute walk to the gondola and ~ten minute walk to the far edge of town. I went on a guy’s trip but could also imagine bringing my family.

Week after Christmas/New Year's holiday

The condo is beautifully decorated and stocked. We were a family of 20-30 year old kids, 60 year old parents, and grandparents in their 80's. The elevator was a great help for them in this 4 story unit! The location is a short 2 block walk to the town gondola up to Mountain Village, and we skied every day, while non-skiers enjoyed the sights and shopping in Telluride. The owners and property manager were very prompt and friendly in their responses to our questions. Highly recommend staying in this great condo!

Absolutely AMAZING House!

Our family recently spent the week in this charming home, located in the middle of everything! My 3 boys biked, fished, hiked and made the way all around town! The home is stocked with everything you may need for your stay. We enjoyed a meal at home one night around the perfect family dining table. The comfy large sofa accompanied the family for movies and morning coffee time..Nothing spared, the beds, linens and towels were all top notch! We will for sure be back! The icing on the cake was the house manager, Erica! She was present and willing to help with any requests or needs. Thank you for making our week Epic before the boys go back to school!

A luxury in town

We stayed at this beautiful property for the Film Festival, and are now officially Spoiled. The property is accurately represented by the photos and description, so we were not disappointed. Aside from being a fabulous location (just a couple of blocks' walk to the gondola), it's well-appointed, and pretty well-designed. We REALLY appreciated the elevator for getting our gear to the various floors. It's a little slow (and groans a bit), but it was so nice to not struggle with our cooler up the stairs. Lots of nice touches -- like the power strip with USB ports on both sides of each bed. Just about everything you could want was provided, particularly in the kitchen. They started us off with a bag of locally-roasted coffee ♥. The drip coffee maker is by Keurig, so you can also make single-serve coffee. There's a Nespresso as well (!!) -- it takes the larger, Vertuo pods. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is such a luxury to have in this town. The sound dampening overall in the condo is pretty good. We were allowed to use the electric vehicle (open-sided golf cart), which was nice when we needed to move gear across town. It's quite a high step-up, so next time, we'll bring a folding stepstool. It's hard to find anything to fault. Kleenex isn't provided, there's a bit of rough grout in 1 bathroom, and the soap is a bit watery, but overall, these are tiny things. We've already started planning for a return visit.
