Lakefront Luxury - Wonderful lodging nestled on the shore


Stunning but serene, pretty but practical, this wonderful lakefront home on the western shoreline of Lake Winnebago is your ideal home to return to following fun in the Fox Cities. It will be a destination you’ll love - and wish to return to for more. (Note: Reservations for most of July 2026 must be for a minimum of four or five nights. For the week of the EAA event, reservations must be for minimum of five nights.) Awaken each morning to breathtaking, floor-to-ceiling and full-window views of spectacular sunrises. Have breakfast and coffee before starting your day. Return to feast on dinner you can prepare on a new top-of-the-line Weber grill. Enjoy our new swimming, fishing, sunbathing, and kayak and paddleboard launch pier. (The pier is not a boat dock yet you can anchor your boat nearby.) Enjoy loads of summer fun and play yard games such as cornhole.Luxuriate in a late-night whirlpool bath. This majestic 2,400 sq ft vacation rental home rests on a one-third acre site on an extremely quiet street. It is only minutes from restaurants and shopping too. Pet friendly. We are proud to be offering our home again throughout 2026 and 2027.

The property is lovely! Spacious and open, and the view cannot be beat! Gorgeous lake and much fun to be had in the water! Easy lake access via the steps from the dock, and lots of toys to use in the water! Very nice grill that we used all weekend, and spacious deck and seating for outdoor meals. Can’t wait to go back!

It was my pleasure hosting this group for an extended weekend and what I've learned was a nice birthday celebration at my lakefront home and big yard on the water. I am so glad also that the weather cooperated and the group got to enjoy much time in the water, using my various water toys. The house was well cared for and I'd welcome their return visit!

Lovely lake front property…conveniently located with short drives to Neenah, Oshgosh & Appleton. So much to do..hit the farmers market every satuty’ Beautiful sunrise if you’re up that early!! We really enjoyed our 30 day stay!

It was delightful hosting Melissa and David along with family members during August. They kept in steady communication as the date drew near and after check-in, asking about the area and boat rental opportunities. I'm sure the beautiful weather brought many smiles. This couple left my home in immaculate condition, did helpful laundry, and I was grateful. I would host them again in an instant! Sherrie

Weekend Visit

We came to Neenah so we can visit our daughter. Property owner answered any questions we had. The property was great. Had everything we needed and plenty of space for everyone. The lake was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again.

Family Friendly Home

Nice & comfortable home in a great location with many amenities. Liked: Cleanliness, checkin, and communication. We had some questions before we checked in, and the owner responded quickly and was flexible and accommodating with some small requests.

Airshow visit

Quiet older property right on the lake ! Missing some amenities salt, pepper, drip coffee machine. Living tv was not a smart tv so we watched our shows on iPad.

That amenity is not offered or advertised in my current listing. So I am surprised you mentioned it in the "permanent" online review when it was something not present. Wonderful 4th holiday week on the lake

Had a great time in this home, it was everything we hoped for. Beds were comfortable, plenty spacious, kitchen well stocked etc... The only bummer was- there is no dock or ramp into the water from the property, so we had to wear water shoes and climb down slippery rocks. Other than this we had a great time!

Thanks for reviewing my property and its many amenities. It's good reading you had a wonderful time. One note: This is my first year renting and your group became the first I hosted. A dock wasn't advertised. The absence of a dock here in summer 2023 will be corrected by my installing one starting 2024 when my daughter finishes nursing school.

Lake house for Oshkosh

Sherrie was great to work with and made everything easy. Lake is beautiful and the house was just as described. Kyak's were included and even water shoes. Patio was nice in the evenings. We used the house for attending EAA Air Venture and it only took 20 minutes to get to the show. The local water is very poor with high iron content and odor. Drinking water was provided.

House worked perfectly for our football weekend. Beautiful frontage, water access, fire pit, deck...all perfect for relaxing all day. Only drawback was the cleanliness upon arrival. I'd like to assume that this was an oversight by the Host's cleaning staff. Sherrie is very communicative so I'm sure that she'll discuss this with them before future rentals. Great location for Wisconsin fun!

House was comfortable and clean. Good location. Check out the Saturday morning Farmer's Markets nearby. Morning sunrises were gorgeous.

This lake house was in a great location, with easy access from out of town and a short drive to Neenah and Appleton for anything we needed. Plenty of space for my family to spread out, and very comfortable rooms. The lakeside space was the highlight, with beautiful lake views and plenty of space to sit and enjoy. Host communication was great, and check-in instructions were very clear and helpful! Only areas for improvement would be that some of the outdoor games listed were not available, and there were some spots that could use a deep clean (underneath beds, in the showers, and some of the kitchen drawers). Overall a good stay!
