This modern condo is on the 1st floor of the Trailside45 building, located next to the paved TART trail. This updated condo features newer appliances, furniture and plenty of amenities. Enjoy an open layout with a fully stocked kitchen, an island with extra seating for gathering, and the dining banquette for enjoying a cup of coffee or getting some work done. You can walk/bike/drive to downtown Traverse City (TC), beaches and restaurants. Rent an ebike from Pedego and zip up to Suttons Bay or Elk Rapids. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs with Spectrum Cable as well as streaming services you can log into.

The living room has a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests.

The banquette also seats 4 and is a comfy spot to get some work done while you have TV on in the background.

Relax in the cozy living room after a day on the road. It features a comfy sofa (which can convert into a Queen sofa bed at night), a 55” Smart TV, an electric fireplace and a large collection of board games that everyone will love.
