We had an amazing stay with two families at this lovely home. Rich gave us a tour at arrival and made sure the pool was warm prior to us arriving. The homes location is perfect for walking the beach or grabbing a coffee in the morning. Looking forward to returning!

The property has a great location close to the beach and in walking distance to some local restaurants and coffee shops. The house is beautiful and we really enjoyed the heated pool in January/February.The hosts Lauren and Rich were great to work with and very helpful with suggestions of local restaurants and farmers markets. Family Vacation

The property was very nice with the exception of a few items that were not working properly: Ice maker, The vent for the stove, one of the racks in the oven was rusted, the sliders were difficult to open & had to rent a grill. The owners lived across the street; very nice. Overall, the place was great and suited us well. Very close to the beach, lots of beach chairs and a wagon to help carry the beach items. Plenty of towels. We would rent this place again.

All-around Perfect Vacation House

We had a 2 adults and 3 kids staying in the house. There were plenty of bedroom options to appease the Mom, the Aunt, the little ones and the teenager. Every bedroom has a bathroom so there was no fighting over "the best one" The house is cute with a nice Florida vibe. The location is great, just a short walk to rhe beach. A perfect stay!

Lauren and Rich were the most wonderful hosts and their beautiful home was perfect for our family. We had three generations on our trip and everyone enjoyed themselves. The pool was a favorite of the kids and we all enjoyed spending time on the balconies. The house is located steps from the beach and just down the street from Fiesta Falls mini golf, Publix, and many restaurants. It was such a nice trip and we’ll definitely be back!

Family Spring Break Vacation

Our family spent one week on St. Augustine Beach. Lauren and Rich were outstanding hosts. They met us at our house and walked us through this stunning house. So much room for the nine of us. The kitchen was spacious and included two dishwashers and sinks. This made meal prep and clean up so easy. The location was so close to the beach and other attractions. A fabulous time was had by all. Super place for families. We hope to return to this paradise!

Beachside Magnificent Ocean View Family Estate Home is an incredible property located in a very convenient part of St. Augustine Beach. There are several vantage points for the ocean. The hosts have provided everything to make your stay comfortable including supplies for bathrooms, kitchen, chairs for the beach, the pool, several refrigerators, two dishwashers, a screened in porch, and numerous seating arrangements outside. All was clean and ready for us on day one. The art on the walls reminds you of the reasons you made the trip- the breezes, the sunsets, the water. Lauren and Rich were prompt in responding to any request for service but respected our privacy as well. We would return to this family home again.

Amazing Home at the Beach

The house speaks for itself. It is magestic with an unbelievable master suite that is the top floor. Tons of balconies to enjoy the ocean views, but the best part was the attention to details that the owners put in to the amenities. The ping pong table and foosball tables were a blast for our kids, and having beach towels fully stocked and fridges upstairs and down were great touches. We can’t wait to go back!

Family Vacation

Went to St. Augustine with the family for the first time. The home had a variety of accommodations with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. This was convenient for the different age groups. There was ample room for dining and seating for all. The kitchen was large and updated. The host was responsive to any questions/needs. Perfect Thanksgiving Home

This home is amazing and the location is perfect with a beautiful beach and many amenities minutes away. Downtown St Augustine is close by as well as many restaurants some walking distance. My husband and I as well as our two daughters and their husbands and four grandchildren stayed for the week of Thanksgiving. The well appointed kitchen was perfect with double ovens and two dishwashers to cook meals for a large group. The heated pool was great on those chilly days. Three master suites was a definite plus with the main master an entire floor. The owners were exceptional and made sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be back to this beautiful home where we now have some wonderful memories!

Everything you could wish for in a beach home!

This is an immaculate dream home with a magnificent large private pool. We took pleasure in the short morning walks to the beach with amazing sunrises over the ocean. We loved gathering in the spacious kitchen for breakfasts together. Also enjoyed walking to the restaurants that served fresh seafood, followed by a fun game of mini golf and ice cream at Fiesta Falls. After each event we just wanted to get back home to sit on the balconies, and appreciate the sound and view of the ocean once more. Other highlights of our trip include playing ping pong and foosball in the oversized game room, and swimming in the pool morning, noon, and night! Thank you Lauren and Rich for being wonderful hosts! We will definitely be back.

Christmas Beach Vacay

We rented this home for our large family (6 kids between the ages of 11-21), and the two of us parents. It was fantastic for us as our Christmas getaway! The location is ideal. It takes maybe two minutes to get to the beach on foot, and there are no streets to cross. Beach access is literally at the end of the road. The house has a great, although very unusual, layout that allowed us to spread out comfortably. The game room came in handy, especially on the rainy day. The only challenge was that the hot water on the third floor doesn’t stay hot long, so quick showers were a must. This home has a ton of stairs, so if anyone in your party struggles with stairs or is elderly, I think it would be a very tough place to stay unless they can stay only on the main level. Highly recommend the property, and I’m betting we will be back!

PERFECT!!

WOW!! Just Wow. This place was all it was advertised to be, and more. The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and very spacious. I marked "accuracy of listing" a 4/5 ONLY because there was way more there at the house than was listed on the internet (8 beach chairs, umbrella, wagon to take to the beach, ninja blender, wine cooler, tons of garbage bags, TP, everything you will need). We have stayed plenty of places that give you 2-3 garbage bags and TP on arrival. You have to buy extras for yourself. Well, if 8 people stay for a week, that won't last more than a couple days. Rich had plenty of all the amenities that we needed. The kitchen was state of the art with a double oven, MW, electric cook top, 2 kitchen sinks, 2 dishwashers, wine cooler, and a huge island. It was perfect for our family vacay. Lots of balconies (6 or 7) to watch sunrises and sunsets. And the salt water pool was just the best! We had a great time at Rich and Lauren's beautiful home. Everybody agreed that we want to come back again to stay at this home!

Our Vacation

We came in for a long weekend with family. Check in was flawless. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous. House was immaculate. Wide open kitchen, great living room area and a game room with a ping pong table all on the first floor. The master takes up the entire second floor. huge walk in closet. The master bath has his and her amenities. Walk in shower with two separate sprays, one being a rain shower. The great bonus is that there is a huge jacuzzi! Also an amazing ocean view from the master bedroom deck. The other bedrooms are all very spacious with their own bathrooms as well. Laundry is on site with a large laundry room. The pool had just been completed and is absolutely amazing. It's beautiful, there's a large screened in porch right next to it. The location is perfect. You're literally steps from the beach/ocean.Tons of places to eat, shopping, and there's a mini golf course called Fiesta Falls a block and a half away. That was fun! To get into town it only takes about 10 minutes, so it's super easy. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone, be it a couple or a larger group.We had an absolutely perfect stay!
