Be the first to stay in this recently renovated cottage which is centrally located to everything the island has to offer. Located just 3 miles from downtown Edgartown, a 30 yard walk to Sengekontacket Pond and 1/4 mile to the bike path.

The cottage is located on a 1/4 acre lot just steps from the pond and only a 1/4 walk to the entrance of Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary which is part of the Mass Audubon.

Quiet house in between the oak trees

It’s a bit out of hand, so home drop off and pick up of rental bikes helps close the gap with the nearby towns of Edgartown, Vineyard Haven and Oak Bluffs. It’s located in between tall trees, so shaded and cool. The garden is well kept. The basement would be ideal for a couple of extra games to entertain the younger guests. The neighborhood is made of big houses (definitely not the biggest on the island) and aome neighbor enjoys practicing with his handguns, not too far away.
