The second floor has three generous bedrooms; including master bedroom, bedroom with one bunk bed, and a bedroom with one bunk bed and one twin; and a full bath. Upgrades include a newly remodeled kitchen, first floor bathroom, and second floor bathroom, plus a newly finished basement with game area for entertainment. Large front and back yard with outdoor shower for a quick clean off after the beach!

For the security of our Guests and Property, exterior security cameras are installed at each of the doors and the walkway to the property, facing the exterior. These cameras will be switched on during your stay. The security camera setup must not be tampered with during your stay.

Guests must bring their own linens, including fitted sheets, sheets, pillow cases, and towels including beach towels. If you’d like to use one of the on-island linen delivery services, please ask us during your reservation process. We do not allow pets. For the peak summer dates of July 16-August 30, we are only accepting Saturday-to-Saturday stays.
