After a day of exploring San Antonio’s holiday charm, return to the warmth and coziness of this inviting retreat. Decorate your stay with holiday cheer or simply relax in the private pool (a pool waiver will be required post-booking). The expansive deck is perfect for a Texas-style holiday BBQ, and the outdoor seating area is ideal for sipping hot cocoa and sharing stories of your day.
Inside, two Smart TVs in the family and master bedrooms set the stage for cozy holiday movie nights, and the in-house foosball table adds some friendly holiday competition. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for your festive baking, holiday meals, or morning coffee, with complimentary coffee and tea provided.
For convenience, a washer and dryer (with detergent included) are available to make holiday packing and cleanup effortless.
Guests have access to the entire house, except for one small closet. While we are locally based and happy to assist, your privacy and comfort are always respected.
Nestled in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood near downtown, the best way to explore the city is via car rentals or Uber. Enjoy easy access to local holiday events, festive markets, and San Antonio’s famous seasonal decorations.
Please note: locals must contact us prior to booking. Correct guest count is important as additional charges apply for non-registered visitors. Regular pool maintenance occurs twice weekly, making the pool temporarily unavailable for 3-4 hours.
While our home is located in Texas’ warm climate, occasional local wildlife is possible. Pest control services are in place for peace of mind, and we encourage guests to notify us of any sightings.
